- AFRICAN CULTURAL EMBASSY (ACE) African Cultural Embassy (ACE) is a De – facto embassy of African Cultural Embassy Association and African states governments which serves the interests of various African countries who lacks regular/official diplomatic relations with other countries, It represent African states who lacks recognition or has no direct bilateral ties with other nations, It serve the interest of all Africans regardless of their colors or background. 2) ACE Vision “REVEALING AFRICAN’S CULTURE TO THE WORLD” 3) ACE Mission Fostering and promoting African Cultural diplomacy and preserving the African image. 4) ACE Activities: The activities of the Defacto African Cultural Embassies abroad will fall under three main categories: 1) Cultural activities 2) Consular/Peace Activities 3) Economy Activities.
