The Pistachio And The Countryside Campaigns Continued.
It is now becoming increasingly apparent that letters on both of these issues are not being answered. We've had several messages from readers telling us that they'd written to these companies requesting replies and they've heard nothing back even when pressing for them. At the start of these enquiries we were at least receiving letters, not always what we wanted to hear but they did at least write.
Since the inundation technique has been adopted, ie. getting members to email them on mass, a veil of silence and no comments has developed on all fronts. It is absolutely vital we hammer these messages home, if you've not already done so, or have written but have received no replies, or if you're simply not satisfied with what you had back, then do please write again. They are only too please to do whatever they like regardless of any environmental consequences so they could at least do the reasonable thing and write; if only out of politeness.
