SOME ELEMENTS ABOUT THE SLIDES ON REGISTRATION
1/ The first main feedback is that here there is not a symmetry between how activities an initiatives while in my opinion there should be initiative are treated apart and linked essentially to mapping contrary to what has been agreed
The text of Magdalena and flora is not mentioning initiatives and it is thus no consistent with the decision we had –
That is why I have presented a D0 text and added a D2A text complementing D1A and D3A from Magdalena and Flora – why not take this in consideration ? and show the D0 D1A D2A D3A texts
why not use text D0 to invite to the three registrations D0 - https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MbyaRn1MgukgHNUQLM9lWk7FjhKqTllp9sLBAwOm_jA/edit?folder=0AEOvi9AqogTUUk9PVA#bookmark=id.xr30u6897lxm
2/ The second main feedback is that we do not know what forms we are talking about ( what fileds are there in the forms?) - there should be an annex with the reference list of fields of the forms that are being used -
See the list of reference forms D12 here –
D12 PLAN
D12 1A referenceform for registering people
D12 1B reference form for registering organizations ( also visible in D1C)
D12 1C reference form for describing confluences (no info)
D12 2 reference form for registering initiative ( also visible in D2C)
D12 2B including the complementary mapping fields for organizations confluences initiatives
D12 3 reference form for describing activities ( also visible in D3C)
D12 4 reference form for registering in decidim (no info)
D12 5 reference form for asking a space in online forum (no info)
3/ the third main feedback is about the relation between initiative and mapping which is presented as essential whereas it is not – initiatives can be mapped of course , but the core purpose of an initiative directory in civicrm is to show the participant initiative portfolio in wsfte process and all the action dates in wsfte calendar updated in the inter-initiative space for the post event phase, this is not linked to mapping - -
I propose a mention for initiative directory in civicrm - interinitaitve space and wsfte calendar in page 9 of the presentation - this is important for methodology of wsfte
it would be good to resymetrize the registering process and make a call for activities and initiative D0 D1 D2 D3 in page 1 and show in page 9 the calendar of action date as an output of the event ( which is something else then agenda.transformadora.org)

❖ CALL FOR ACTIVITIES

(the call for initiatives, events and wisdoms it’s not present in this document)
Why not present the text D0 if there is a proposal D2 ? and the D0 call to participate and register linking to three text D1 D2 D3 – this is more in line with the decision made in the content comission
why not use text D0 to invite to the three registrations D0 - https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MbyaRn1MgukgHNUQLM9lWk7FjhKqTllp9sLBAwOm_jA/edit?folder=0AEOvi9AqogTUUk9PVA#bookmark=id.xr30u6897lxm
Why not use text D2A pierre about initaitives) in complement of text D1A and D3A from Magdalena and flora

STEPS FOR THE REGISTRATION OF PARTICIPANTS AND ACTIVITIES
An activity it’s a moment of self-organized space proposed for participants or organizations to be part of the FSMET program. It might be a concrete activity (workshop, assembly, pannel, talk) or an openspaceto explore and learn together around a topic, an issue, an action, an initiative, etc.
1. Individual participants register on: join.transformadora.org
By filling in “Participant registration form” they will have a user and private profile
2. They can choose the “organisation”(s) they are members / affiliated with
If the organisation does not exist, they can create a new one > “Organisation form”
( where is the reference list of fields D1C and D12-1B what is the reference at this point ? in this document
See the list of reference forms here –
PLAN
D12 1A referenceform for registering people
D12 1B reference form for registering organizations ( also visible in D1C)
D12 1C referenceform for describing confluences (no info)
D12 2 referenceform for registering initiative ( also visible in D2C)
D12 2B including the complementary mapping fields for organizations confluences initiatives
D12 3 referenceform for describing activities ( also visible in D3C)
D12 4 referenceform for registering in decidim (no info)
D12 5 reference form for asking a space in online forum (no info)
3. A registered participant, associated to an organisation, can propose an Activity
( what is the “association” - is it only the technical representative ,- is it anyone who claims to be associated with the organization ( field 10 in D1A or D12-1A ) or is it a list of representative declared by technical representative see field 3 and 4 D1B –this is not clear
The “Activity Form” has to have at least other 2 organisations as co-promoters to be validated ( same for initiative form except if the initiative is presented by a network which can include new members entities)
4. The Proposed activity can be posted on the Virtual Forum for further discussion and support ( this text overlooks the issue of directories in civicrm - D10 all registration is being made on civicrm-fsmet and now you speak of decidim online forum – but all the info on the activity is in civicrm where can you consult it ?
The process in forum.transformadora.org has a time line and “voting” to help gather consensus – consensus about what ? - the proposals are about what ?
5. The Program and Content commission work on clustering and convergences before the
deadline
------------------page 9 -----------------
4. REGISTER INITIATIVES
participant >> three organization >> initiative mapping commission maps directory maps. transformadora .org
here the diagram should be the same as for activities - three organizations cooperating about an initiative as they cooperate about an activity
here there should be a mention of the calendar wsfte made of initiative action dates as connected to the initiative directory in civicrm and the inter-initiative space ( which is independent of mapping)
virtual forum discusion >> propose an activity ( do not understand, may be you meant “initiative” )
civicrm join.transformadora.org
where is the reference list of fields for presenting an initiative in civicrm - D2C and D12-2 see link above to D12
See the list of reference forms here –
-----------------page 10 ----------------------------
Steps for the registration of initiatives and mapping
1. A registered participant, associated to an organization , can present an “Initiative” in the name of two or more organizations ( same as for activities )
Initiatives are practices, campaigns, struggles and projects of transformative economies. ( the notion of practice is introduced in the semantic field of initiative why no
2. The “Initiatives Form” is directly connected to the mapping of initiatives (both geographic and thematic), to a directory and to a calendar (if the initiative has events).
What does directly connected means – in the option described in D12 2 and D12 2BM the initiative form is first and then there are extra fields to make a mapping
Also the initiative from INCLUDES description of 1 to 3 ACTION DATES should have at least one action date in a WSFTE calendar which is may be different from event sel organized inagenda.transformadora.org)
the issue of the initiative directory in civicrm is overlooked - the initiative form D2C or D12-2 allow to make a directory of initiatives allowing to produce the wsfte calendar
and then there is also a map of initiatives which is before the initiative mapping ( see D12-2 and D12 – 2BM
3. The Initiative can be posted on the Virtual Forum for further discussion and support
All the info about initiative is in civicrm how is it accessible and displayed ?
4. The Mapping commission works on connecting the initiatives to existing mappings
OK but the use of action dates and calendar and the establishment of initiative directory and inter-initiative space in wsfmet methodology is a priori INDEPENDENT OF MAPPING – of course it can be articulated but the edition /update of initiatives is central to methodology
-----------------------page 11----------------------
REGISTRATION OF RELATED EVENTS
Proposal: providing access to transformadora calendar through the registration and self-organization of the calendar by the participants themselves.
participant >> organization >> event >> international mobilization comission - calendar ( agenda.transformadora.org)
the idea is that the action dates describied in initiative presentation are intrinsically linked in the initiative form – and they produce automatically or semi automatically the wsfte calendar ( with accompaniment of content commission) – independently of what can be announced in a self organized way in the agenda.transformadora.org) that is why wsfte calendar should be mentionned in page 9
---------------------page 12----------------------
SHARE AND CO-CREATE WISDOM
