There are some structural issues beyond usual points which are in relation with concerns i have expressed earlier about who edits what

STARTING WITH STRUCTURAL ISSUE
About " who edits what" .... this is a contradictory chaos see part A B below
I have made tests with 3 different users - and it appears that
- 1/anyone can HIGHJACK an organization form, an activity from, an initiative form (ie an object) registered by someone else
- 2/ when a new user selects the name of another object from the dynamic list search when creating an object - that is the highjack he accesses the existing form with that name
- 3/ WHENEVER a new user highjacks an object he restarts the object description to ZERO -( all what has been written by co editors before his arrival is cancelled
- 4/ if when the circle of highjackers-coeditors is stable and is meaningful, it becomes a workable circle of co editors but take into account 3 and 7 people will be groping their way
- 5/ HOWEVER this model is NOT CONSISTENT -: the contact person by default is always the one that has edited last , and always changing - there is no explicit pluralityit is not possible to announce other contact persons who are not "me"
- 6/ same for any other object that would be relevantly mentioned in a form such as the various organisations co-promoting an activity or an initiative, and some of their related contact person/ responsible /representatives for them - i can only select objects that i have created or that i have highjacked -it is not possible to announce other objects who are not "mine"
- 7/ THERE IS NO mutual INDICATION WHATSOEVER ABOUT WHO ARE THE DIFFERENT USERS THAT ARE EDITING THE SAME FORM this will add to the chaos
CONCLUSION there is sharp contrast between A/ the fact that anyone can highjack ANYTHINGand B anyone can mention ONLY "my" objects in the structuring linking fields when it would be relevant to mention objects form others
so my PROPOSAL IS
- A / make the first part co editing a same object restricted to a list ( i have proposed that the first editor of an object fills a field where he can select from user directory the name of several already registered people that would be able co edit the object and add possible new people in that list -( so not restrict to 2 contact person) and use the system which exist ( adding dynamically new fields for website or contacts ) to add new contacts ( up to 5?) . The system is currently meaningless as it is restricted to "objects i am responsible for"
- -ideally : a first person creates the object and declares the coeditor organizations and the coeditor peoples among the people responsibe for this orgnisation and communicates this to the other coeditors
then these people register and come to highjack the object and they are together a muutally conscious and "organized" coediting team for this same object - check http://openfsm.net/projects/bcnet19/bcnet19-comisiones-input14/#F3and back to http://openfsm.net/projects/bcnet19/bcnet19-comisiones-input12/#D1>> in section D1, check the Q & A text on registration with the distinction between "technical representative" and "declared representative" and the "field 15" in the D1C displayed form in the organization form- which would be replaced by this adding fields system visible in xxxxxxxxxx below
- one tricky issue is to avoid that the common form content be set to zero each time a co edtitor "comes" in through "hijacking" the object -

- B/ make the second part of mentionning third party objects easieri-e be entitled to mention any object such as as user a co promoting organization ( for activities an initiatives) , any initiative as object of activity ( activity form) and depending on this any user who is mentioned as editor of this object

- D/ there are i a @@ points a series of other things that relate to normal testing , including functionalities that do no work
