A/ COEDIITING FORMS AND MENTIONNING third party organizations and editors of those

Organizations am responsible for
There will be filtering of “the organizations I can see when searching the list of org am responsible for”
will appear the filtering will show only the orgs for which I have been previously declared as coediting/contact person in the org form

Note this is not compatible with the fact of filtering people that can be coeditor of my organization –

Free selection … (no other option) - but this has no practical effect ( seems not to be working so far)

1 to 3 contact persons/coeditors of an organization
Beware of establishing a circular situation -
the base responsibility is with the editor of the organization form – he can select any user as contact/coeditor of the organization - and this allows the nominated people to : see and select in the R-1 field ( see above) the name for this org organisation I am responsible for
See and select in the “organisation name field” in the menu “register organization” the name of the common organization to access the shared editing form between the coeditors ( the issue of avoiding reset of the form when a recreation is made is pending )
(this proposal is different from what we said in the meeting ) - I advocate this option because 1/ it is not allowing anyone to claim they are responsible for any organization , and it is quicker
it stimulates people from a same organization to get in touch, and decide– it is straightforward :
1/ people talk together and define who is going to be the up to 3 coeditor-reponsible of the org, and who is going to create the organization form
2/ the 3 designated coeditors register personally in civicrm
3/ the org creator defines the name of the org and indicates the other 2 coeditors if any ,
4/ those 2 coeditors re-create their organization by selecting the name of the org ( they are the only ones who can do this thanks to step 3)
Group of entities responsible for the activity or the initiative : > Free access to list of organizations ( no limitation of number of corganisation – this will show the real articulations size of activities and initiatives 1 2 10 100 …) and of course this will be editable along the process
1 to 3 contact persons/coeditors of activity or initiative > Free access to the list of the declared coeditors/contact persons of the organisations mentioned in Group of entities responsible for the activity or the initiative
For activities and initiatives co-organizing organizations the situation and sequence is the same except there is one step more - the activity or org coeditores
straightforward
1/ people talk together and decide who will be the 3 organization having access to coedition - who will be coeditor among the 3 coeditos of each org
2/ ( it is assume that the 3 designated activity or initiative coeditors have register personally in civicrm , and are coeditor of their respective orga which is already created – if not it is done
3/ the activity or initiative creator defines the name of the act or ini, and indicates the first three co-promotiong organizations,
3bis then he reedits the form (to give time to create the appropriate filter in the user list )so as to view only the coeditors of the copromoting orgs, and selects the other 2 coeditors among the org coeditors of those 2 or more compromoting organizations ? ,
4/ those 2 coeditors re-create the activity/initiative by selecting its name in the autocomplete ( they are the only ones who can do this thanksto the filtering
5/ they can mention more copromoting organisations afterward for the act or ini
let us face that in the end, that means a certain restriction: the participation of organizations in activities and initiatives goes through the same 3 people coeditors of the organization
a more liberal option would be widening the filter to any user that claims to be in link with the organization whuch is no double checked

B/ Directories of people - organization – activities – initiatives -
We agreed that the base visualization system for directories is civicrm –with simple lists filtered according to search criteria – - then this data can be reused in diferent maping systems
there is a need to describe clearly what is needed for the directories – here to do asap
THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT FEATURE : HAVING A URL FOR EACH INITIATIVE OR ACTIVITY OR ORGA IN THE DIRECTORY
An important issue is having “rich format display” of text zones of the form content accessed through directories - respecting line breaks and jumped lines and showing as active links the http expression
NOTE It seems to be the case in the first feedbacks I received by mail ( sending a table with the different filled fileds of the form) after creating some activities or initiatves

- Proponent organizacion 1: Permite seleccionar cualquier organizacion > REVISAR > Ok
- Proponent organizacion 2: Permite seleccionar cualquier organizacion
- Proponent organizacion 3: Permite seleccionar cualquier organizacion

Esta lista debe poder crecer a amas de 5 en el fsmet queremos actividades co organizadas por muchas entidades – una manera de ir simplemente mas alla de 5 es AGREGAR un campo texto donde el editor peude agregar links htttp a las demas organiazciones - lo que supone que cada ficha organizacion tiene un url de acceso publico via los directorios que vamos a definir mejor

para poder editar -actual entiendo que hay que crear nuevamente la organisation seleccionando su nombre en el autocmpleto “ organisation name” hay otro camino? – seria evidenemente mejor accesar directamente la ficha desde el menu "mis organizaciones" - que venga directamente en esta lista porque mi usuario esta entre coeditor 1 2 o 3 de esta organizacion / Es asi? - > filtro en este caso ya no se deberia ver en el auto completo activity name el nombre de las actividades delas cuales soy declarado coeditor 12 3

This includes adding an "overflow field" where to list the organizations that would join an initiative when they are more than 5 that is 6 to ..many! where they would be mentionned with their specific display url
