    Marian (REAS): valoraciones tras abril:

    - éramos pocas redes en el grupo impulsor

    - sesgado: 3 redes ESS

    - eurocentrismo

    - refundar el proceso

    Objetivos reunión:

    - convocar redes y actores internacionales

    VÍDEOhttps://transformadora.org/es/difunde

    Valoraciones multivoz:

    - Noelia (CITIES): visión desde Políticas Públicas

    - territorios: BCN, Quebec, Alemania, ...

    @espacio de debate

    - coconstruir el @foro

    - tras mes de abril: 3 elementos

    - plataforma de confluencia

    - desafío:

    - idioma

    - contextos tan diferentes, encontrar pistas de colaboración

    - continuidad en diferentes @espacios

    - conclusión:

    - mucha expectativa y preocupación sobre contenidos, cuáles son los contenidos y cómo visualizamos el formato

    - cómo el @foro puede ser una reflexión para trabajar sobre cambios en la sociedad

    - Transición ecológica y ambiental juega un @rol importante en el @foro.

    - gobernabilidad

    - importancia de un comité que supervise y de continuidad implicación redes internacionales

    - fecha: muy importante para pasar a la acción

    - proceso: el protagonismo está en los movimientos; desde políticas públicas necesitamos alimentarnos de lo que sucede en los movimientos.

    - equilibrio territorial y de movimientos

    - Eje políticas públicas seguirá teniendo un @rol activo y participando en el proceso

    - Núria y Nina (Confluencia BCN):

    - Algunos movimientos ya tenían una dinámica más articulada, otros menos; debate sobre la legitimidad de decidir desde un eje o confluencia de Barcelona; punto de tensión entre la articulación de lo @local y lo internacional. Gobernanza. Cómo se decidió desde Barcelona el listado de invitaciones. Voluntad de que el movimiento sea de base, por eso recayó el peso en la confluencia de BCN, pero no acaba de estar bien resuelto. Tenemos que ver cómo se articulan las confluencias @locales, no sólo la de BCN.

    - A pesar de que ha sido muy diversa la implicación de los diferentes movimientos: idea compartida --> optimismo y necesidad de tener apoyo @local-global. A pesar de que sea en BCN, es un FSM. Impulso desde las confluencias.

    - Sergi (WFTO-FTAO):

    - evento de abril genial, muy interesante para conocernos mejor, tanto dentro de los diferentes grupos como más allá. Quiero felicitar a las redes impulsoras por su liderazgo y por este llamamiento a la inclusividad. Me parece que tenemos que tomarnos la responsabilidad de oir este llamamiento. La dificultad es el formato, porque si desde el principio fuera un evento sería más sencillo, pero desde el principio se ha dicho que es un proceso; nos cuesta un poco entender cómo participar en este proceso, me parece urgente concretar porque una vez concretemos podremos trabajar mejor juntos para coconstruir las piezas del puzzle.

    - El trabajo en los ejes-movimientos me parece muy interesante.

    - La gobernanza es importante pero primero sería decidir formato y luego gobernanza. No será perfecto; y no podemos aspirar a tener @representatividad total para empezar a concretar, debemos empezar a concretar ya.

    - Alicia (Campaña):

    - todas las prácticas de Economía Solidaria que conocemos son prácticas pedagógicas, que se enseñas y se aprenden, y el grupo de la Campaña, que tiene 2 años, entiende que todas las organizaciones hacen pedagogía y educación, teniendo o no institucionalizado un departamento pedagógico. De qué manera todo esto que se hace desde un aspecto de pedagogía formal y no formal sería posible vincularla y @aprender de todas las organizaciones y pautas sistemáticas para sistematizar el aprendizaje que estamos haciendo. El equipo de la Campaña decidió rotar a sus miembros, por eso no están aquí las @representantes que vinieron en abril. Cómo marchamos hacia el 2020 y cómo podemos trabajar con todos ustedes para sistematizar las enseñanzas y aprendizajes del proceso.

    - Noelia (CITIES): vision from Public Policies

    - territories: BCN, Quebec, Germany, ...

    @space for debate

    co-construct the @forum

    after April: 3 elements

    confluence platform

    challenge:

    language

contexts so different, find clues to collaboration

    continuity in different @spaces

    conclusion:

a lot of expectation and concern about content, what the content is and how we visualize the format.

how the @forum can be a reflection to work on changes in society

Ecological and environmental transition plays an important @role in the @forum.

    governance

importance of a committee to supervise and continuity of involvement international networks

    date: very important for action

process: the protagonism is in the movements; from public policies we need to feed on what happens in the movements.

    Territorial and Movement Balance

The public policy axis will continue to play an active @role and participate in the process.

    - Núria and Nina (BCN Confluence):

    - Some movements already had a more articulated dynamic, others less; debate on the legitimacy of deciding from an axis or confluence of Barcelona; point of @tensionbetween the articulation of the @local and the international. Governance. How the list of invitations was decided from Barcelona. The will for the movement to be grassroots, that is why the weight fell on the confluence of BCN, but it has not yet been well resolved. We have to see how the @local conclusions are articulated, not just that of BCN.

    - In spite of the fact that the implication of the different movements has been very diverse: shared idea --> optimism and the need to have @local-global support. Even though it is in BCN, it is a WSF. Impulse from the confluences.

    - Sergi (WFTO-FTAO):

    - great April event, very interesting to get to know each other better, both within the different groups and beyond. I want to congratulate the driving networks for their leadership and for this call for inclusiveness. It seems to me that we have to take responsibility for hearing this call. The difficulty is the format, because if from the beginning it were an event it would be simpler, but from the beginning it has been said that it is a process; it is a little difficult for us to understand how to participate in this process, I think it is urgent to concretize because once we concretize we will be able to work better together to co-construct the pieces of the puzzle.

    - I find the work on the axis-movements very interesting.

    - Governance is important, but first it would be to decide on format and then on governance. It will not be perfect; and we cannot aspire to have total @representativeness in order to begin to concretize, we must begin to concretize now.

    - Alicia (Campaign):

    - all the Solidarity Economy practices we know are pedagogical practices, which are taught and @learned, and the Campaign group, which is 2 years old, understands that all organizations do pedagogy and education, whether or not they have an institutionalized pedagogical department. In what way all this is done from an aspect of formal and non-formal pedagogy would be possible to link and @learn from all organizations and systematic guidelines to systematize the @learning we are doing. The Campaign team decided to rotate its members, which is why the @representatives who came in April are not here. How we are marching towards 2020 and how we can work with all of you to systematize the teachings and @learnings of the process.

    1) Ouverture

    Confluence Barcelona : défi d'articulation @local/global

    - Hacia afuera: incorporar sociedad y movimientos afines

    Intervenciones:

    > Juan ECOLISE: Paciencia y confiemos

    - Definir i visibilizar buens prácticas y alternativas existentes

No he estado en ningún @FSM.

    - Aitor: evento tiene que ser transformador, hay que visibilizar todo lo alternativo que lleva la misma organización del fsmet (mostrar que no es otro congreso) y tener en cuenta que somos más fuertes en lo cualitativo que ens lo cuantitativo. Organizarlo des del tejido social y no se va como una actividad del ayuntamiento. Des del eje de Agro, se planteo que hay el Mobil Social Congres (en abril) también con Alimentaria que se quería hacer algo alternativo.

    - Jose: como mas dispersa la organización, más recursos se requiere, necesidad logística y no perder objetivo del encuentro

    - roberto: todo el mundo conoce Barcelona como equipo de futbol. se podría tener un debate cultural de futbol no competitivo par la gente joven. la otra cosa, como utilizamos los eventos @previos para promover el FSMET.

    - nuria: parte creatia y cultural de las performances y tener en cuenta capacidad logística y recursos.  Jugar con la proyección de BCN y aprovechar @espacios públicos (cena popular en la Rambla).

    //RESUMEN//

    - gran acto central

    - actividad permanente que atraiga la gente (feria, exposición) y posibilidad de unirlo a la FESC (feria catalana) y otros festivales (esperanzah, clownia)

    - tener el Mediterranio y rutas migratorias como central en el sistema de dominación capitalista (puerto de barcelona, delante del mar...)

    - acciones descentralizadas  muy facies de explicar

    - actos @previos al fsmet en distintas regiones (recordar que estamos haciendo linia del tiempo)

    - mobilización @virtual

    - gran cena popular en la calle

    - marchas por la ciuda que terminen en un mismo punto

    - importancia vincular tejido @local

    globe-logo.pngR2ES2G3

    > Grupo 3: Quién son las personas convocadas a participar?

Serg (WFTO-FTAO)i: diferentes categorías y @roles.

The dynamics of the session is explained: What objectives and results do we share in the FSMET?

< Discuss in small groups for 15 minutes, and then 15 minutes to share the main conclusions.

< Main conclusions and common elements that have emerged after the dynamics. We intervene in groups, one @representative per group, sometimes objectives and results may coincide.

Part 1: Dynamics of definition of objectives and results

     - Fostering geographic and content diversity within transformative economies

     - Record problematic experiences in order to @learn

    RESULTS

    Group 1

    - Influence social change and improve the lives of people, especially women (due to subordination).

    - Imaginary and common @narrative of diversity and plurality

Common @agenda and post-meeting articulations (process and commitment: common @agenda that gathers what we share @locally and globally with commitments and actions to influence public policies + catalogue of practices and contacts).

    Group 2

    No results

    Group 3

    - Concrete proposals

    - Shared @agenda

    - Continuity of the process

    Group 4:

    - making the story visible and communicating it

    common @agenda

    - mapping that leads us to a catalogue of good transforming practices

    Group 5:

    - Build a common vocabulary, @narrative and imaginary (results)

     - Finding a definition of what transformation is

     - Creation of @spaces for exchange and mutual @learning

    - Mapping Alternatives and Transforming Movements World

    - a common @agenda that can then be adapted to the realities of various territories

    - common @narratives & vocabulary

    - create @spaces for collecting needs and strengths, create strategic @@alliances at territorial levels

    - define transition and transformation

    - Continuity of the @forum? Within @local @spaces?

    - Accompanying processes of struggle at the @local level

    - Creation of a platform for food sovereignty and agroecology in Catalonia

Jason RIPESS (is facilitating) proposes to summarize:

    - visibility of existing alternative economies

    - links with the different movements, especially with those who are in silence for different reasons

    - how to articulate or create @confluence between different practices, networks and movements

    - create methodologies for working together

    - through mutual recognition, to strengthen the movements

    - create @spaces for mutual @learning and collaboration

    - include other parts of society that are not present and other movements that are not present either

    - other ways of meeting with more cultural and creative parts

Fer XES: we can talk about 4 @spaces

    - visibility of alternatives

    - build @confluence and strengthen movement inwards (strengthen what already exists)

    - Exchange, interconnection

    - Outwards: incorporating society and related movements

    Interventions:

    > Sergi WFTO: To separate the general public from other movements that are not present, not to unite them in the same objective.

    > Carlos FMDV: Definition of what the transforming economy means, we can't reach an agreement. We have defined only 4 of a wide variety

    > Marian REAS: in our group came out the id

    Part 2: Definition points

There are 3 work groups and the participants change groups.

    > Group 1: How do we build a common pact/@agenda during the FSMET?

    FIRST RETURN

    > Noelia: if we are not able to agree on objectives, it is more difficult to build a common @agenda.

    > Sergi: the extent to which we can realistically reach the @agenda level and we should clarify whether it is the post-@forum @agenda or the @forum @agenda

    > We clarify that it is the post-@forum @agenda, although it is also clarified that this later @agenda will depend on how the programme is devised during the @forum

    > Frédéric, Québec: As a movement I will not commit to an @agenda outside of us. We can share different @agendas and build something collective. What is a collective @agenda for us? We should build a roadmap. Can we build different paths for this @agenda? Because otherwise we can't commit.

    > Perhaps a guide would be adequate for each one to make a strategic plan for organizations and then share it. No common strategic plan because we develop very different activities. Work in parallel between the organization's strategic plan and the common one. The contributions to the common @agenda can also feed into the strategic plans of the organisations, which may want to incorporate points that they had not thought of. The need to converge and converge on the most common points in which they are shared.

    > Nicolás RIPESS: There is a tacit agreement that the @forum will continue after it has been held. But what is the agreement we want to reach? In the process we have to achieve and build the imaginary, the conceptualization, how to make practices visible. Objectives can be rescued in order to elaborate the @agenda.

    > Flora, Argentina: to think about the construction of the common @agenda, we cannot define it beforehand, but during the @forum we can create a concrete team that systematizes which @tools are being nurtured by each movement. How our organizations are transforming economies, what @tools we are providing. Putting @tools in common would make it possible to outline the @agenda

     > Carminda, Québec: Be careful not to reproduce mechanisms of power. The charter says that the @forum is not deliberative. How are we going to make this @forum part of the WSF movement and not make it deliberative? We must also contemplate that people who do not have as much voice can participate, so as not to repeat the mechanisms of power. We have to put in the base of the organization that these mechanisms of power are not repeated. It has to be an explicit effort. If not, most of the times when common @agendas are made, we end up being the ones who have gone to university, we know how to write, etc.

     > Ada: I share Carminda's idea. We established a plan for 5 years, and one of the points is the @convergence of networks, because we integrate the feminist economy in the SSE, in agroecology. Because that is part of improving the quality of life. We don't know how we do it, but it is essential for us to articulate ourselves from the grassroots. And we want the grassroots, their @representatives to be in the @forum

     > Magdalena: there is a path traveled by the @forums, concerns in all editions of the WSF. It would be good if we could gather those experiences that have been translated into different forms beyond the charter of principles. Guidelines have been collected on how to overcome the problems of hierarchies, etc. It is an experience to be recovered. At times I have a bureaucratic impression and I don't know if that's the way to go. It is necessary to explain how each @represented process interprets the transformation of the economy. From the explicitation of @agendas the integrated version will come out. From our experience organizing @forums, it was always necessary to read the situation and then decide how to define the lines of the common @agenda and summon it to the world. Our networks have prioritized transforming economies. The challenge is for other networks and organizations to see the priority and urgency of transforming the economy and unite from there. ç

     > Kevin, Commons: in order to create a common @agenda, it would be useful to know the strategies of the different networks, organizations, etc. Between 2020 and 2030, when immigration, climate change, the economy has to be addressed, we will have this information at these different levels.

     SECOND RETURN

     > Carlos: We have to define how we think of the common @agenda as a process within the @forum. We have a year to build this pact and that it is parallel to the construction of the @forum. That it be prepared before and in parallel to the process. Two different calls: @agenda and @forum

     > Frédéric: complements the initial discussion. The @agenda would have to define a few essential points and objectives. And from there we can help organizations, municipalities, businesses, etc. to develop their own mechanisms to identify objectives and define strategies. We can then share the mechanisms and make it a useful @agenda for movements at different levels:

     > Sergi: how to organise debates, I find it very interesting to be able to ask the @forums for advice on how to realistically construct an @agenda. If we are too ambitious, we are going to be disappointed. It takes a lot of time, the more humble we are about what can be built, the more focused we will be. I would not speak of a common pact and I am against a common declaration. Whoever goes to the @forum is not going to negotiate a small text, but to @learn, to share, etc.

     > Roberto: We don't have a general strategy, but we can confront it, consult existing @agendas. If we are not able to react to the @agendas of the big global institutions, we will be disappointed. It is a way of demonstrating that there is an alternative movement to the conventional one.

    > Sophie: I agree not to be too ambitious and try to reach a consensus on a text. I want to understand what the different axes are in order to integrate them into my discourse. I haven't been to any WSF. Just the fact of being in a @forum of this kind will cause new ways of sharing and @learning to emerge.

    > Hervé: it is important to focus on the fact that it is a @forum for the transformation of the economy. Perhaps we should not enter into the critique of the capitalist system that is repeated everywhere. We should build something new.

    > Núria: shares the idea of mapping the different strategies that have worked and putting them in common. I also share that we do not need to be experts in all the axes, that is to say that in the common @agenda not necessarily everyone has to participate in fulfilling all the objectives, but that according to the specialization each one focuses on an objective.

    > Kevin: we can think of an @agenda that is a framework to work on, not a text to be agreed upon.

    > Frédéric: if we open up the process of creating this framework, we must also think about creating the new rules for this new economy. In addition, it is important to create the link with human rights, with the movements that work to defend them. We already have social norms for business, for example. How can we do the same with standards in other areas?

    > Carminda: During the WSF 2016 and tb 2018 a methodology has emerged that is an agora of @initiatives, a moment at the end of the @forum in which @initiatives come together and the idea was to build a shared @calendar. I think we could explore this option. It is important to emphasize that this @calendar should not be a succession of separate events, but rather that they feed each other and contribute to strengthening each event. How do we feed into a process that is fixed in a timeline with interconnected events.

    THIRD RETURN

    > Jason: one of the limits of the WSF is that there is an ability to create a strong @@alliance that can work over time with mutual @learning. When we talk about the @agenda, we are talking about actions, about a commitment to shared objectives that can be our strategic-political guide for the next ten years, in the style of the ODS. This is a pact between organizations that want to adopt commitments to continue.

    > Juan del Río: If we are going to be many, we know how difficult it is to make joint decisions. You have to think a lot about the process, have prior discussions to come up with something worked on and get to the @forum with that.

    > Bérénice: We could find researchers to help us define more what the transformative economy is.

    > Samantha: There are other @confluences and perspectives taking place in other regions. We are all networks forming parts of networks. Why don't we bring them to the @forum

    > Nina: the construction of the common @narrative is important for building the @agenda, because it has to be linked to the strategies of the movements. What are transformative economies?

    > Alicia: the @@previous @agenda is important because otherwise people believe that these @forums are only critical of the current economic system and that we do not propose. Therefore, the @agenda must be proactive of transformation. People have to understand that we propose, that we have ideas to educate, build, improve, etc.

    > Sophie: On the common discourse, it is not clear to me. How do we share our @narratives? Do you share texts, articles, how do we share this knowledge base? Maybe it's very obvious but we should start there. I propose a platform to provide important information.

    > Marian: the @agenda is built from the proposals of organizations and networks, but we have to see how we put it together. We don't start from scratch.

    > Nina: On the mapping of good practices, perhaps it could be used as a methodology to build a common story and have some practices to use to make ourselves visible. Ex: what is a good practice for feminist economics?

    > Jason: tomorrow I will present the things that are being set in motion, an ecosystem of @tools that can help with a pre-digested part of @agendas that come from other @forums. From this material we can build. How to do it is the theme.

    > Juan del Río: it is essential to establish deadlines, we have to establish this whole process.

    > Samantha: one of the objectives of the @forum could also be to gather the experience and the work of campaigns that are already being carried out.

    > Carlos: We must have the challenge and create a group that works in the process of uniting all the movements in parallel. I'm not seeing what's new in this discussion, we've already talked about it in many @forums and meetings. @tools are not the only thing.

    SUMMARY (by Carminda)

    - What is an @agenda: is it a guide? Or there are already things that are being articulated and that can be contributed.

    - How we define the common @agenda from diversity

    - How far we can go. Importance of unity and realistic expectations.

    - We want to add the contributions of different @agendas of movements and networks.

    - How we convene the different actors in the process.

    - We have to build a story that unites us.

    - We want the process to continue and continue building it later.

    - Concern about not reproducing power mechanisms in the @agenda

    - Challenge of entering the WSF framework and respecting the limit of not creating a deliberative @forum

    - We need clear deadlines to move the process forward

    - It must be made visible that there are other @agendas apart from those of the capitalist institutions.

    - We must build a practical @agenda, which incorporates the work of other campaigns that are being carried out.

    - Construct a @calendar of the future with events that have a link between them and that are not independent events without a common process.

    globe-logo.pngR2EN2G2

    > Group 2: What act of visibility and central incidence should there be?

    - Alicia: Central and big event in Plaza Catalunya

    - Bright: We've defined it as a campaign? you have to be concrete before opening advocacy ideas.

    - Delfina: Apart from a central act we would have to look for something continuous to dare more people of Catalonia (fair type, market where to sell @local products) that does not stay inside but opens to the citizenship.

    - Nina: it is difficult to think about this without having participated in the @@previous one. it is necessary to have a very clear campaign to see how we make it visible. But even so a physical site in the city of Barcelona that can be interesting is the Port pq we are in a FSMET and the port is very important that connects us with the south. We have to make visible not only the alternatives but also to make visible that there are alternatives to a system that we denounce, we have to look for @space with this connection: extractivism, multinationals, economic power of the city... of the theme fair, we have to take into account that it can overflow the FSMET because we already have a fair (FESC) of @local alternatives.

    - It is said that it could join with the FESC

    - Carlos REAS: part central act I would like to huviera decentralized symbolic actions

    - Samantha: I like the idea of protest, I have no knowledge of the context of Barcelona but I like the idea of the port because it is very symbolic to make visible the structures of power)

    - Xavi: we are drawing proposal without knowing when it will be and where it will be. If it is an event that is done in the same place, it makes sense to do an act centered in a symbolic place or @spaces that we want to reappear. It would have to be an action of protest and protest. Theme fair can be proposed to the XES to join, but it is complicated. The other option would be for the event to be decentralized, that is, food sovereignty in one @space, ESS in another @space... this would allow the FSMET to be in different @spaces of the city. It would have to be a permeable @space for it to make sense. If we want to plough to the citizenship has to be something very practical (very easy to communicate, very concrete actions and easy to understand).

    - Alicia: to look for that the FESC (Catalan fair) and the FSMET are not disaciodos, I would agree a union for that year. Need to do decentralized actions and take advantage of @spaces such as markets, where activities could be done. I don't agree that each movement has a different @space, because we have to work on the idea of @confluence.

    - Berenize: it's difficult to define something that has to happen in Barcelona that is not our city but I think it's better something central. Even so, it is Barcelona's decision to define it. He shares that in his country there will be acts prior to the FSMET to define shared action in order to come to the FSMET with debate made as a region.

    - Jordi: I really like the idea of uniting the FESC with the FSMET, it is brutal and makes the workloads more sustainable. It gives it enormous relevance. Decentralized acetos that are not teamic but are done in different places. It is also interesting to pay attention to events prior to the FSMET in different parts of the world. Combining the claiming acts (portesta, demonstration...) with constructive and inclusive acts can make an exhibition of transforming practices very thought for families.

    /Change of group/

Carlos REAS summarizes the ideas so far:

    - There have been ideas but it is important that this part is also defined from Barcelona which is the host city.

    - Public and central action

    - Idea of joining the FSMET with the FESC (fair of alterantives of Catalonia of the XES)

    - Port as a symbolic @space for global connection, extractivism, multinationals...

    - Decentralized symbolic actions in @spaces of power structure

    - protest + proposal

    - debate between actions by movements or by @confluence

    - practical and concrete actions

@@previous FSMET events in the different territories

    Interventions:

    - Need to organize a platform action. COnsiderar the global struggle at different levels. For example: Monsantos and various campaigns.

    - Transforming Economies Fair. In Red mujeres mundo we are organizing the men care @forum. It is a transforming economy.

    - Flora: think about the @@previous acts (watch timeline that is being developed) to think about which @spaces are strategic to make the process to the fsmet to give concrete visibility on the way to the FSMET. Strategic to make the FSMET of expensive the Mediterranean and to think performance to denounce that there is no transforming economy sibn migrations, to relate it with the Mediterranean like @space of principal conlficto. Connecting it with the Migracioens WSF

    - Paco: to build a fat in cultural line and to make visible fight and mugrante alterantives

    - Nicolas: need to link the people of Barcelona in the central act. small marches to the point of the central act to articulate the different areas of the city.

    - Isa: in the migration everything comes together, we are talking about a physical act but we also have to think about how to make it visible in social networks and even think about a @virtual and @@previous mobilization.

    - Eduard: connection with @local struggles aunqie el sea un tema global. decentralized origin and common final act of international supply

    - Need to inspriar, move to action and festive point. Think of visible people who are referents in areas that can record small videos with messages. Complement it with webinars in different languages to attract the people we want. Several acts that end up with something very big.

    - Jason: in Florence there is an annual big popular collective dinner where there are thousands of people (create 6000 people) cmineod untas. is very visible and festive.

    - Xavi: in March there is a festa sopas del mundo in Nou barris. To add to that of the FESC fair. If hypothetically the FSMET coincides with the FESC before there is the Festival Esperanzah and in June there is the festival clownia. Think about what there is. Everyone is a migrant, a poster of an ancestor saying where he came from. Rain of ideas and dream moment but you have to think that the city can not stand everything (also think about reality after the dream).

    /Change of group/

    Interventions:

    - Magdalena: to take advantage of the support of the Ayuntamienti and think at what scale they can provide @space (for example: metro) to go beyond a square

    - Noelia: in montreal gsef, the metro came together and things were provided for the participants. Also to look for the mobilization of young people as a central @space for the diffusion and cultural activities. From cities they are doing a mapping in this line that can facilitate the apprehension of the young people and their mobilization.

    - Aitor: event has to be transforming, it is necessary to make visible all the alternative that carries the same organization of the fsmet (to show that it is not another congress) and to keep in mind that we are stronger in quality than in quantity. To organize it from the social fabric and it does not go as an activity of the city council. From the axis of Agro, it was raised that there is the Mobil Social Congres (in April) also with Alimentaria that wanted to do something alternative.

    - Jose: the more the organization is dispersed, the more resources are required, the logistical need and not losing the objective of the meeting.

    - roberto: everyone knows Barcelona as a football team. you could have a cultural debate on football that is not competitive for young people. the other thing, as we used the @@previous events to promote the FSMET.

    - nuria: creative and cultural part of the perfromaces and take into account logistical capacity and resources.  To play with the projection of BCN and to take advantage of public @spaces (popular dinner in the Rambla).

    SUMMARY

    - large central event

    - permanent activity that attracts people (fair, exhibition) and the possibility of joining the FESC (Catalan fair) and other festivals (esperanzah, clownia).

    - to have the Mediterranean and migratory routes as central to the system of capitalist domination (port of Barcelona, in front of the sea...)

    - decentralized actions very easy to explain

    - pre fsmet acts in different regions (remember that we are doing time line)

    @virtual mobilization

    - big popular dinner on the street

    - marches for the city that end at the same point

    - importance of linking @local tissue

    globe-logo.pngR2EN2G3

    > Group 3: Who are the people invited to participate?

Roberto (Transform): feminist movement, 'ni una menos' is one of the main feminist movements

Paco (XES): ask all the networks--> if they know of experiences that already have a process of transforming economies and want to join the @forum, they don't have the economic means to come, how do we get them to come?

Eduard (GPR2C): this shows that there will be people we invite who have resources and others who do not.

Paco (XES): those who have resources will come safely.

Juan (ECOLISE): this event from my point of view should be a mixed event: partially @online, and if it's well done in my organization we do @online assemblies and it works well. From our network we can support in that.

Aitor (BCN @confluence): the @virtual connection works in Europe but I don't know if outside Europe it would work.

Nonty (BCN @confluence): very important indigenous movements; constantly excluded because they don't have resources and don't have access to wifi. There is a need to finance the participation of this type of people from the Global North.

Hervé (ATTAC): squatters, anarchists (no official name) but we need to include them; in April there were some @representatives. Rural, semi-rural and urban. People who build their lives around living conditions and not work.

Eduard (GPR2C): proposal and question --> we think it would be interesting to incorporate those @local governments or networks of governments that are interested in transforming economies?

Sophie (Commons Network): it is a good question, I have the same doubt; I am thinking specifically of the example of Amsterdam.

Jason (RIPESS): we have started to do it, we need to expand it.

Aitor @confluencia BCN): 1) in the rural environment it is impossible to separate between living and working conditions 2) how much do we want to go @local in the international? 3) I am @representing the agroecology axis of BCN and we have already done a job in the last year and a half and a mapping (in Catalonia but also in other parts of the world) that can be used.

Marian (RIPESS): some of the things we are proposing have to do with the weight we want to give to @local @confluences and whether we are going to promote it or not. The initial idea was to create @local @confluences all over the world. If we want to give weight to @local @confluences that helps us to include @local @representatives who find it difficult to participate in a more international scene or to come to the event in person.

Roberto (Transform Europe): invite the group linked to the European Parliament and the Commonwealth.

Marta (Systemic Alternatives): what is the @role of the State?

Juan (ECOLISE): if we don't have clarity about when it is going to happen, it is difficult to organize ourselves @locally; and we also need to know how many we are going to be? We don't know yet. One of the things that I missed in April are cross-cutting areas connected to climate change, for example, and in this respect we lack a lot of organisations: Transition Towns, Ecovillages...

Jason (RIPESS): 1) In this meeting we are trying to imagine the size of the event; this is the objective of this dynamic. What comes first? Who do we want to invite or the size that we imagine? 2) The @forum is not a political subject, it is the organizations that make it up. This is very important. The "@forum" does not speak for its organizations. But it is an open @space that can have political @representatives, I think we also lack trade unions, actors who talk about the future of work, how do we see the future of work? And we also lack actors linked to the artistic and cultural world.

Paco (XES): if you leave here with an international @coordination, and you decide to continue; one of the things you would have to work on is communication and dissemination; this cannot be left to 2 people from the technical team.

Eduard (GPR2C): if we assign different @roles, the type of people we invite can also be much broader.

Nonty (BCN @confluence): we lack a @representation of the spiritual world. And to invite according to who we cannot do it 3 months before; in certain territories we need to do it 6 months or a year before. And to take into account cultural issues. We need a cultural delegation to welcome them.

Alicia (Campaign): there is a lack of schools, teachers and students at all levels of education. Involve the Secretariat of Education of Barcelona; to get them to participate in the event.

Nina (BCN @confluence): are we talking about actors to be involved in the process or in the event? Because they are very different things.

Samantha (WOMIN): it depends on the action we want to do in the @forum. We don't need to go to an action alone. We can do several.

Magdalena (REMTE): to make explicit the @spaces of critical thought in economics. There are dynamics that are already constituted in terms of critical economy. Faculties of economics and universities around the world should be @spaces where this is discussed. Hit the Academy. There are already collectives, associations, collectives.

Delphine (IPC): youth movements; food producers, rural people. @local people in Catalonia will find it easier to participate, but we have to make sure that we include people from all over the world.

Nina @confluencia BCN): the actors that are internationally connected it is more strategic to involve them now, but those that are more @local perhaps it is more strategic to ensure their involvement in the event itself. Campaigns.

Magdalenas (REMTE): to complement, networks of Debt and Fiscal Justice; OMAL, transational.

Marta (Systemic Alternatives): proposal to make a collaborative document to add actors.

    Nina @confluencia BCN): degrowth movement.

Nicolás (RIPESS LAC): indigenous movements would call it native peoples; workers' movements, international federations such as trade unions (ILO,...), movement against debt, international cooperative movement, mutual movement, universities; United Nations Agencies, Task Force for Solidarity Economy within the United Nations.

Marta (Systemic Alternatives): I would put it as a question of debate, if we include them already or in the event.

Sergi (WFTO-FTAO): general public --> difference between who is invited to the process and who is invited to the event. We cannot close the doors to the UN as we invite the general public.

    Nicolás (RIPESS LAC): alternative journalism

Kevin (BCN @confluence): According to my experience in @@previous @forums, it is important to know who is inviting (movements, @coordinating group...). But it is not usual that political parties or the UN are invited. It is a @space for movements. Normally they are already privileged actors; we need to find different ways to involve them.

Serg (WFTO-FTAO)i: different categories and @roles. 1) @coordinating group --> leadership, it will be relatively small, 2) then networks and social movements that support and organize autonomous events and "condition" the @agenda; another category is people to participate. The @coordinating committee has to be in close contact with category 2, because it is not possible to get everyone @represented on the @coordinating committee.

Frédéric (Remix the Commons): it is an open process, we must identify what motivates people to participate. An invitation to an event does not make sense. If there is no political process, it will not attract transformative movements. If we look at this list, I would add economic actors such as trade unions; we must connect with them, discuss with them what political aspects we need to debate. To be able to build the process together.

Flora (DAWN): 3 actors --> digital economy linked to labor rights linked to the new changes derived from digital work; actors linked to garbage recycling; LGBT community, against corporations and appropriation of the struggle for pride, demanding an alternative side. EJ: Reclaim Pride Coalition.

Nicolás (RIPESS LAC): GSEF, Global @forum on @local Development, Liberation Theology.

Marta (Systemic Alternatives): Similar @forums category

Bright (AFSA): the struggle we are having to emancipate the economy, there are different categories; in Africa we don't talk much about NAFTA, and in Europe we talk a lot. If this is decentralized and there is an event in different parts of the world, on the same day, we will have more strength.

Elena (Wikimedia): Asia and Oceania are missing.

Kevin (BCN @confluence): it's a fantastic idea, we should promote self-organized events in different regions, from a more @local/regional approach. In relation to the different @roles, what we are talking about here is the expansion of the @coordinating group. There are people who occupy many different @roles. Invitations should not be through the @coordinating committee but through the movements.
