1-ADDRESS of group list

2 -SCOPE  OF GROUPS & STATUS OF DISCUSSION UP TO TUNIS

The scope of the groups is  derived from the discussion in Tunis on April1st which is 80 % transcribed here  http://openfsm.net/projects/ic-extended/icextended-tunis-2013   a sequence of  interventions numbered *1 to *151

The specific part of discussion related to each group is on the top of the group page in the links herebelow –with indication of the  interventions from  the 80% transcript

3 -PARTICIPATION IN THE GROUPS

The starting membership in the group lists  is the list collected by Laura from secretariat  with addition of some members of Tunisian committee

Participation in the groups is “open”,  along the proposed following broad  criteria :people subscribed in the list in tunis  and  IC members organisations (including “Tunisian committee”which is now part of IC during two more years , or persons whose participation is proposed on the group list by one IC member, and does not raise objections by other IC members organisations already in the group

4 -ARCHIVE OF THE MESSAGES IN THE GROUPS

the archive of the mailing list are proposed to be publicly visible on the internet – so that the list archive  will look like the one of the previous group which is visible here  http://openfsm.net/projects/wsfic_fsmci/lists/wg-about-future

so please so not give personal information in your messages to the lists  

this public archive can be stopped any time if the group so prefers - also it is possible to "hide the list from non subscribers" that is to have the list archive visible only by those who have an account in openfsm and are in this group

 

5 – COMMON EDITING SPACE FOR THE 3 GROUPS

The three mailing lists of the three groups are in the same editing space of OpenFSM.net – This can help create links between the three groups that work in a connected way  as  was said in the meeting

Group1 has a related working group  operating with a mandate of IC  given jointly to secretariat –tunisian committee- and communication commission of IC mandatci-listdocresult2013  at lists.openfsm.net

7 –RELATED WORKING GROUP - WSF CALENDAR  AND

There is a group  started in 2012 between IC members in Dhaka and working on maintaining a wsf calendar in 2013  and beyond  and which is in contact with a list of organizers of forum events  - - its scope may be linked to some aspects of group2 – Those interested to contribute are welcome to join the list
