    • Others :  Je ne me sens pas de repondre a ce genre de questionnaires, mais je voudrais, par contre, resumer mes positions sur le CI, en quelques lignes. J’ai ete dans ce processus (et, au nom de l’AIC, au CI) des le debut du FSM. Je crois que la premiere decennie a ete extremement positive, meme avec un mandate extremement reduit pour le CI, comme nous le savons tous. Cela a, entre autre, permis de creer un vrai reseau international d’organisations et de mouvements sociaux, ainsi que des reseaux sectoriels. Je considere l’organisation de la mobilisation mondiale contre la guerre en Iraq un des grand succes de cette periode, meme si formelement ce n’est pas le CI qui l’a organise. Depuis quelques annees, le movement international, et donc le FSM, a recule. Nous le savons tous, la crise systemique globale joue un role important dans ce recul. Pourtant le CI continue comme si de rien n’etait, les representants des mouvements sociaux etant de plus en plus remplaces, de fait, par ce que j’appelle des “professionels du FSM”, qui vont de reunion en reunion, sans qu’ils ne representent reellement le movement social global. A l‘inverse, des coordinations regionales et des forums regionaux (je pense entre autre au Maghreb, voire a la region arabe toute entiere) ont montre l’importance du processus FSM, sa vitalite et ses liens avec le movement social de leurs regions. Si j’ai une proposition concrete a faire, elle concerne la de-personalisation du CI, quelque chose dans l’optique d’une rotation obligatoire des representants des organisations et mouvements presentes au CI. Cela freinera l’emergence d’une “bureaucratie du CI”. Je sais que ce sont les organizations elles-meme qui doivent faire ce choix, mais le CI pourait faire une recommandation en ce sens

    • Il me semble que chaque membre du CI, chaque organisation membre, doit défendre ses opinions en toute clarté. De plus confier à trois membres du CI des réponses qui seront (considérées comme) confidentielles c'est donner à ces trois personnes un important pouvoir. 

    • Enfin si je comprends bien le message en question cela veut dire que pour une même organisation on peut avoir un nombre illimité de réponses et qu'on peut avoir des réponses qui ne représentent qu'un avis strictement personnel et qui auront la même valeur potentielle que l'avis d'une organisation, tout cela via un sondage confidentiel.

    •  a/ OUI de manière souple. YES in a flexible maner because it's vital to succeed in launching coillective actions -
    •  LA PARTICIPATION ACTIVE AUX LUTTES CONTRE LA MONDIALISATION CAPITALISTE ET PATRIARCALE AFIN DE FAIRE AVANCER DES ALTERNATIVES EN FAVEUR DES OPPRIMé/ées, afin de renforcer les convergences dans les actions entreprises, afin de promouvoir l'élaboration de propositions et de revendications qui fassent progresser le mouvement altermondialiste.
    • Le refus de participer à la gestion gouvernementale (ou de soutenir des gouvernements ou des institutions) si celle-ci ne permet pas de concrétiser et de rencontrer réellement les aspirations des opprimé/ées.  Je pense au gouvernement de Prodi en Italie, de Lula au Brésil qui ont mené des politiques de type néolibéral notamment en matière de réforme des retraites et de soumission / collaboration aux objectifs du patronat.
    • Des gouvernements qui ont participé à des opérations militaires comme l'intervention impérialiste en Afghanistan ou la direction de l'occupation militaire d'Haïti via la Minustah (c'est le cas du gouvernement  de Lula et de Dilma). 
    • e. The active participation to the struggles against capitalist and patriarcal globalisation searching to make progress in the alternatives in favour of the opressed people, ... It's crucial to  refuse to participate or support government or institutions which support neoliberal policies like the Prodi government or the Lula/Dilma government and which participate to imperialist military intervention like in Afghanistan or in Haiti now (with the Minustah leaded by Brasil)

    • Travailler en groupes ou commissions, mettre en place un secrétariat tournant qui s’installera à chaque fois dans le pays qui accueillera le FSM.

    •  Comment assurer la parité au sein du CI. Important d'avoir une discussion sur la composition du CI d'un point de vue de la parité et de poser les questions suivantes aux membres : ""Votre organisation essaye-t-elle au maximum d'envoyer une délégation qui respecte la parité homme/femme? Y arrive-t-elle? "" (Bien sûr, une organisation féministe ou de femmes peut avoir de bonnes raisons pour ne pas être représentée de manière paritaire, c'est tout à fait normal.) - Il serait important d'avoir une discussion sur la place des jeunes au sein du CI notamment sur la base de la question : est ce que votre organisation se fait représenter par des jeunes et si non qu'est ce qui empêche cela ?

Comment assurer qu'au sein du CI les réseaux et organisations militantes ayant une véritable implantation soient réellement pris en compte? - comment le CI peut-il convaincre de grands réseaux (comme Via Campesina par exemple) de participer à nouveau activement aux réunions du CI?
