I am traslating it  in google, but maybe we can ask Laura to see a proper
traslation in english and spanish so all the group can have a more clear
idea of the tasks and began to participate?

Please find herewith a brief report of the meeting of Working Group 2 in
Tunis, 1 April. Unfortunately, I have it only in French.
In the meantime, Laura has sent me the full of of IC members, and the list
of participants in Tunis. However, in order to make a real 'cartopgraphy'
(mapping) we should have all participation in previous meetings. Is that
possible? Laura?

Rapport du groupe de travail 2 du CI sur l’avenir du CI/FSM: La stratégie de
rénovation du CI
Rappel du contexte: nous  sommes dans une phase transitoire et d’évaluation.
Notre but est d’arriver à un CI récomposé, plus fort, plus dynamique, plus
démocratique et plus transparent. Il doit être utile aux mouvements et à
leurs luttes.
Il s’agit d’une responsabilité collective.
Heureusement, nous ne devons pas partir de zéro, nous avons 12 ans
d’expériences et beaucoup de documents sur lesquels nous baser.
Ce débat ne peut être vu en dehors de son context global et plus
particulièrement du travail du groupe 3 sur la stratégie du FSM auquel il
doit être articulé.
Décisions:
1.      Faire une cartographie des membres actuels du CI (à partir de la
liste à transmettre par le secrétariat): quel est leur degré de
participation aux réunions du CI? Ceci constitue un premier élément de
l’évaluation.

2.      Sur ce point, le consensus n’est pas encore fait, plusieurs points
doivent encore être discutés:
a.      Consultation de nouveaux membres potentiels du CI: les participants
aux assemblées de convergence, les membres des comités d’organisations
d’autres forums, autres …
Cette consultation doit couvrir les points sur l’engagement nécessaire et
concret au travail du CI, la perception du role à jouer dans le processus du
CI, une évaluation du succès des decisions du passé.
b.      Discussion sur les critères de repésentativité (en termes de genre,
thématiques, géographique ...) ; sur le fonctionnement et la méthodologie du
CI; sur les ressources du CI (fonds de solidarité? Contributions des
membres? ...)
c.      Responsable? Mandat précis?
3.      Besoin de moyens informatiques: listes mail, conférences ‘mumbling’
...

4.      Centres de ressources: collectionnez les documents existants sur le
CI (mandat, commentaires et proposition de transformation...), mise à
disposition de ces documents et synthèse
