On this occasion, the issue of *next date and location of international
council has been discussed* -  It was said outcome proposal would be sent
quickling on IC  list and Group G1 list

A cette occasion, *la question de la date et le lieu du conseil
international suivante a été discutée* - Il a été dit que la proposition
qui en est issue  sera envoyée rapidement sur la liste IC et la liste du
groupe G1

    Hello in Tunis group 1 - practical tasks

Task 2 of this group  1 created in tunis in april  and with 45 people in it, 
is to prepare next IC : where when and how

the paragraph about next ic reads as follows: 

"1. Organization of the next IC: 4 propositions were made: Democratic Republic
of Congo, Austria, Québec and Morocco. The meeting shall happen in October,
because it is important to know then where the next WSF2015 will happen so
that the local committee can start organizing. In the plenary, it was decided
to have two plans for this next meeting: if possible, the meeting will be in
the Maghreb/Machrek region. In case there isn’t local condition to make the
meeting in the region, it should happen in Vienna. "

the group1 was expecting news from the Magreb/mashrek region

On occasion of a follow up fsmaghreb meeting held in tunis ten days ago now ,
it was agreed after plenary discussion that a proposal to the IC mailing list
would be issued at earliest possiblity  , proposing an option to have ( with 3
month notice ) a next IC in MOROCCO early DECEMBER., and another option around
FEBRUARY  ( because january would be busy with the upcoming FST in porto
alegre) 

For some reason, (which may have appeared after the meting?),  this proposal
is not yet issued and the  comfortable 3 month notice we had  ten days ago 
making  the december option logisticall realistic ( 10 sept -10 december) , 
is now  heading for 2 month and a half .... 

Hence this message(1)..... public comments in the group(2),  on the
appropriate & possible  date and location  of next IC  are welcome 
( this IC has  to timely frame wsf2015 to allow its preparation (3) )
