1 - 5 weeks after IC meeting and two weeks after opening of G1 working list – here is a first contribution about  the issue of collection of output of Tunis WSF : this contribution is also sent in the  jointly mandated group G1M–that is in charge of concrete implementation of WSF output collection

2 - Before  Hammamet and in Hammamet this question of memory /collection of WSF 2013output has been raised – and Mohamed Blal and Romdhane were said to implement the suggestion to create  memory and output documentation  fields in the 978 activities page

initial version send in early february http://openfsm.net/projects/ic-methodology/fsm13-gti-methodo-champs-fiche-activite and lighter version with only memory sent by early march  to hamouda and romdhane. http://openfsm.net/projects/ic-methodology/fsm13-gti-methodo-champs-fiche-activite-hammamet No implementation took place before start of the WSFvent

3 - The  issue of “WSF output collection” has further  been shaped by several interventions  in the IC meeting in tnis     http://openfsm.net/projects/ic-extended/icextended-tunis-2013  see intervention 71 raffaella  pierre annie and 85-90 the next day – (see annex1 )

In those interventions a minimal perimeter of output collection is the convergence assemblies

http://openfsm.net/projects/memotunex/memotunex-assemb

and the full perimeter also mentioned  is all the 978 activities that have been in the confirmed program  (see link here  http://openfsm.net/projects/memotunex/memotunex-programme-complet

these actions on minimum and full perimeter are to be implemended in a jointly mandated groupe G1M– secretariat – comcom and wsf2013 OC

4 -current status  on wsf2013 website

The understanding from a side exchange with mohammed jribi  on morning of april 1st was that each activity page would be updatable  by  those who had proposed the activity as I explained in intervention 85 .  and have the account and password to edit this page

However so far what is visible is the following

-an image gallery  with public access which is accessible freely and therefore has spam  http://www.fsm2013.org/gallery_fsm

-Dispersed declaration of some convergence assemblies published as front page articles

-Apparently no message has been sent to wsf participants about output collection

-There is no link between the assembly description pages and the declaration in the wsf website

-There is no search tool accessible for searching assembly related documents in the website

5 - for the minimal perimeter  here are some suggestions  and information

SUGGESTION create links from the  convergence assembly list page here  http://www.fsm2013.org/fr/node/12814  to the various  assemblies description and the various declaration – with one link per language ,

Also Some exchange can take place in the joint mandate group to harmonize the collection  effot – objective being to have one or more page giving access to all the links

INFORMATION a mirror of that assembly list page has been edited in www.openfsm.net

 in the memotunex space http://openfsm.net/projects/memotunex/memotunex-assemb

it is aiming at documenting the assemblies supported by the tunis extension team  with videos photos and in some case text transcription ( work in progress)

For example  assembly about social protection is fully transcribed http://openfsm.net/projects/memotunex/tuneassemb-labour

Annex 2 is giving a status of collection of declaration  among the 25 to 30  assemblies having taken place  - other collection initiatives might have taken place in parallel

6 - for the full perimeter ( i-e 978 activities)  here are some suggestions and information

PROPOSAL  confirm in the jointly mandated groupe G1M  whether will be implemented or not- the feature of allowing activity organizers to edit new fields in their respective page. Those fields would be visible in each activity node. An automatic collection of updated activity page with search by keywords and organisation number would allow navigation in the documented corpus

If yes

then let us  test it  in the joint mandate group and then make sure that the  collective visualization of updated activity pages is ready - and then send a joint message to the WSF2013  activity organizers involved and beyond and invite people to go and update their activity  - and communicate on the first 10 50 100  updated activities received

if no

Then the next practicable way is to create one or several team receiving updates and photos  and editing the pages they are interested inaccording to their thematic focus

This can be done in the wsf website (but not directly in the node page of the activity  since the feature is not implemented  and thus it implies creating other pages)

Or

it can be done in various sites

INFORMATION Tunis extension documentation  and other thematic focuses

In  openfsm a wide subset of 300+ activities potentially with some videobroadcast coverage Is being mirrored from the wsf website for tunis extended documentation: http://openfsm.net/projects/memotunex/memotunexindex

Example http://openfsm.net/projects/memotunex/memotunea1149   corresponds to  http://fsm2013.org/node/1149 , with photos text and links to video

Some other thematic  sets of activities might be edited about  women - social protection -  religion emancipation - Egypt

The full program is also mirrored here   http://openfsm.net/projects/memotunex/memotunex-programme-complet

The left column in this 978 line table can show the mirror pages that are created .

Both tables can be searched with the feature “search in the page“ feature of the internet browser
