2/ Belem Expanded: participate in WSF2009 from your territory!!! The International Council of the WSF issued an invitation to all those who will not be in Belem and adhere to the WSF principles, to host a “decentralized wsf2009 activity” during the WSF2009. Organize an event or an action in your city, and try to create in the frame of this activity a “moment of connection” with Belem or with a related activity in another place. People from about 50 cities all over the world are preparing activities, and lots of groups in Belem have expressed they are interested in  connections with outside!
