this allows the facilitation team cense and start a direct contact with you,
if you are not at ease with using Open FSM in step 1 2 3 below

1/ JOIN "SPACE WSF2009 BELEM EXPANDED" IN OPENFSM

The purpose of this step is to make the intention of decentralized activity
visible to others and to Belem activities that will be looking in the space
" towards wsf2009 Belem expanded" for partners

A space " towards wsf2009 Belem expanded" in www.openfsm.net serves as a
"meeting space" between decentralized activities "

Its purpose is to facilitate contacts and share ideas intentions and
projects of decentralized activities and of moments of connections.

Intentions of decentralized activities in several cities of the world are
already visible in that space in an alphabetical list of cities:
http://openfsm.net/projects/club-belemexpanded/list-en.

• CREATE PERSONAL ACCOUNT in openfsm each with your own name here : IMPORTANT do not use accent in your name, also a collective nameis not advised since several person can join this "space belem expanded" from a same city /organisation /activity
  
• JOIN THE SPACE here http://openfsm.net/projects/club-belemexpanded.(click on green button " join project" )
• IMPORTANT: while doing so INTRODUCE YOURSELF in the message text box that appears"
• "hello this is xxxxx we intend to organize an activity in yyyyy(cityname), our contact mail is aaaaaa @ bbbbbbb"
  ( this adress will not not be made public at this point )
• You will receive, through the aaaaaa @bbbbbbb"mail you indicated, "the notification that you have been included in the space " towards wsf2009 Belem expanded" and a link to your page in that space, bearing your city name (:yyyyyyy )
• EDIT YOUR PAGE and DESCRIBE your intentions with a short text-(press "EDIT" on the upper right , write your text and insert your images,then press on "SAVE"button at the bottom
• SEND A MESSAGE in the BE space main mailing list warning the other people inside the space that you updated your page : pressthe orange button " new message" visible on the main mailing list menu here above  "mailing list" ?- and also look the log of messages you can also send  a mensage from your own mailbox to  club-belemexpanded-discussion ( at ) lists.openfsm.net

• PARTICIPATE IN THE BLOG of this space " towards belem expanded"

What belem expanded facilitation group will do for you and with you during

this phase 1

• On reception of your inclusion message asking to join the space :Creation of a page with your city name inside "towards belem expanded meeting space" : see example here mycity ( see "mycity" in letter M in the list http://openfsm.net/projects/club-belemexpanded/list-en. )
• Creation of a space with your city name : see example here wsf2009exp-cityname
• Liking your mycity page in belem expanded lits and your wsf2009 mycity space both ways
• Initialization of standard pages and tables in your space, used for phase 2 and 3
• Your invitation in that new space

2 MAKE VISIBLE YOUR WSF 2009 ACTIVITY IN YOUR CITY IN OPEN FSM

ESTABLISH YOURSELF in your space "fsm2009e mycity" in www.openfsm.net
The purpose of this step is to dynamize local participation around the decentralized activity
and allow direct contacts between spaces of different activities willing to have moments of connection together
( the same invitation to create and inhabit spaces in OpenFSM is made for those that will organize an activity
 in belem and you can meet them in opensfm)

• ACCEPT THE INVITATION to YOUR SPACE WSF2009 MY CITY - wsf2009exp-cityname
• You will receive an invitation by mail - just click on the link it contains, you can also click on the orange number that you may see once you log in the site ( next to your name on upper right
• You will be named admin and INVITE OTHERS and name some of them admin - just click on "team" button for this - naming someone admin is made by pressing the "role" of the person, once being in the time page
• EDIT STANDARD PAGES of your space
• EDIT your CONTACT ORGANISATION TABLE (explaining who is accountable for giving correct information -part of this information was given in step 0)
• EDIT your ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION TABLE (giving standard description similar to what is described by activities regsitered in belem territory)
• TRANSLATE SOME PAGES
• EDIT More pages ( to create new page you just have to put a name between double parentheses : (new page name)) and save, then click on the red link that is appearing
  
• COMMUNICATE WITH OTHER ACTIVITY SPACES visible in open FSM in belem or in belem expanded territory : send messages on their mailing lists
• to express you want to make connection with them- Visit their space :click on "mailing list" and on "send a message"
• If you receive such a message , give your answer !

What belem expanded facilitation group will do relate with you in this phase 2

• Stimulate you to invite and welcome other people organizing the activity in yyyyy city with you
• Stimulate you for uploading info images, links to video (in www.wsftv.net  )and other sites
• Leave your space when there is ongoing activity and at least three active people in them

3 PREPARE YOUR CONNECTION WITH YOUR PARTNER ACTIVITY

• establish contact with your partner activity - your can write to each other contact adress in your two spaces

• EDIT your CONNECTION DESCRIPTION TABLE (*) giving description of how when how with who the connection moment is held)

filling the three tables : contact organisation , activity description , connection description
You can start filling the cell of those table with your information
progressively during phase 2 , the sooner  you start , the better
and you can update it whenever you want
This will become a necessity around November in order for the belem expanded facilitation group to
have a common presentation of activities and
assemble them into a program of decentralized activities and
also arrange a schedule of interconnections in the towards belem expanded space ( see below)
You can keep concise  and just edit links to other pages of your space or the space of your
counterpart activity

IMPORTANT : Do not add new lines to these tables

What belem expanded facilitation group will do in phase 3

• Maintain the list of cities participating in belem expanded
  
• Copy paste the contact organization and activity description tables and assemble a wsf 2009 expanded program (*)
• Copy paste the connection description tables to the program and assemble a wsf 2009 connection program
• Communicate the list and programs as widely as possible, especially in www.fsm2009amazonia.org.br
