• 0mn jason we need more involvemnet from ic members - in the past,  that is point 5  comisiso started to  work on shared projects - 8 working groups some actives - some need revitalization or abandon -  ( dan)  - other dimensions of communication  - languages - memory ...
•  5mn execution  is about the process and not the event are taken in charge by several organiation  amarc radio  ciranda caritas  ic members manage a part of the budget -  that is the picture  -  a number of question yesterday
• 6mn dan - we looked at the project  and saw the needs related  to A1 A2 A3 A4 of document   list communiction processes  need to identify communication possibility  - need to identify audience - discuss on where and when our activity will be  - identify the link the link between local forum and how they operate - List together communication processes inside and about WSF -Identify communication possibilities which determine political culture and methods -Discuss priority in audiences -Discuss the form of the process and where and when comcom is active -Resource collection and display

• 9mn we saw the need related to  A5 A6 A7 A8 -Welcoming and informing new members -Review working groups and their evolution into facilitation initiatives -Working tools  - openfsm -Evaluation of cooperation with sao Paulo office  (ambiguity) -Which orgs are comcom members plus outreach -Critiera for involvement of organizations  in comcom - Proactive ways to build cooperation with IC members
• 11mn ( looking at the time line of events posted on the wall )  -   maghreb social forum -  bangladesh -  rio +20 and G20 are not social forum part of a bigger picture - put a line to separate them

• 16mn jason  what context are we working in - two years without WSF  - many local socia forum + other gathering attended by actors that also meet in the wsf -  we can decide where we want to focus, but need to have the globle picture
• 18mn paco - we need to give some idea on maghrebe mashrek - how comcom can itnernact with organizers of event there -
• 19mn leo  - we will have a esf conference in brussels and in kiev and there is a need of these events to get some help in terms of communication - is comcom willing to give this kind of support - also itneresting for maghreb -  action taking place - coming fro mexico - importnat human rights movement  there - people asking me leo make sure that what is happening here is known in other plaes - how do we do this ? this is not all in the frame -  the other way round needs we have to respond
• 21mn pierre - wsf is not in very good shape - not efficent enough way of implmenting things - if you look a the document we are now netering into the part where you see the concrete intiative  - and you can look at the time line and speak croncretely - follow on the discruption of the document and  collect inputs
