Dear all,
please find attached the report of the Communication commission(s) meeting in Dakar.  Sorry if it took a while to draft -- I want to thank Tidiane, coordinator of the local (senegalese) comcom, who is now also on this mailing list (welcome!), together with the others who were present at the meeting.



There are many things to do and information to share.
I'll just remind us of a few:

- Circulate (by the local african commission): Maps of the FSM 2011 site (pdf or other electronic forma), information on internet capabilities (bandwidth, subdivision, etc.), Press kit / already prepared promotional materials, local action plan with timing.


- Activate the media / journalists registration
- Update on the African plan: who has been contacted, etc. 


For those who where at the meeting, please add and correct where necessary.


For all the others, you are invited to participate and possibly to join in one of the working groups.



It would be useful to organise an online meeting this month.  What about the 13th of December at 6pm Paris time?
