Hi Mallory and everyone!

 

Thanks for this initiative: I will try to participate on the 30th, though I am finishing a book, connected to our amazonian cultural projects, and may not be around.

 

I will not be going to the next IC meeting, but I will help to build an agenda for it.

 

You might be interested in seeing this CD booklet that accompanies our CD. It is not what I had in mind for the IC project, but it gives you an idea of what is possible. The Latin American Network of Arts for Transformation is prepared to take this on for ComCom, if there are production resources. It would be good to put this onto the agenda for the 30th August.

>From December 16-18 2011, we will be organising the 3rd World Forum of Culture & Education for Transformation. We should put dialogic extended participation in this forum on the agenda for the 30th too, though internet connection with the amazon can be frustrating.

Gracias por esta iniciativa: voy a tratar de participar en el 30, aunque estoy terminando un libro, conectado a los proyectos culturales de la Amazonia, y no tengo certeza.

No voy a ir a la próxima reunión del CI, pero voy a ayudar a construir una agenda para ello.

Usted podría estar interesado en ver este folleto que acompaña a nuestro CD. No es lo que yo tenía en mente para el proyecto de IC, pero te da una idea de lo que es posible. La Red Latinoamericana de Arte para la Transformación está dispuesto a tomar esto en la ComCom, si hay recursos de producción. Sería bueno poner esto en la agenda para el 30 de agosto.

 

Desde 16 hasta 18 de diziembre, 2011, vamos a organizar el terco Foro Mundial de Cultura y Educación para la Transformación. Debemos poner a la participación dialógica extendida en este foro en la agenda para el día 30 también, aunque la conexión a Internet con el Amazonas puede ser frustrante.

In the meantime, besides comments and suggestions for the agenda of the meeting, could people say who is going to attend the meeting of IC members before the Mesopotamian social Forum (http://www.msf.web.tr/msf-en/) in Diyarbakir on the 17-19 of September?


I think at least a few people from the ComCom should go.
I'm not sure I will be able to attend - what about others?

It has been two months since our last meeting in Paris, for those that could attend. It is important that we meet very soon to finalize the Comission's work plan and discuss other important topics related to our work.

Let's propose August 30th at 8:00 pm Paris time. Please confirm your attendance to the list.

August 30th will also be the deadline for people to submit their comments on the existing work plan. You can email your edits to the list as well. Please, Pierre, send the link to the work plan with instructions!
