Oumar Cisse is from Mali. He is currently living in Belgium.I met him during the European Food Sovereignty Forum held this last week in Krems in Austria.  He soon hopes to return to Mali and set up a community oriented television approach. He is interested in joining the Communication Commission of the World Social Forum.
