In terms of all this, you will also need to start looking at building a coordination team for interpretation (you have some great local resources), and possibly including others willing to support the interpretation coordination. 

The first question is whether or not you would like it to be a Babels project, and if yes, you would need to make a written request. If not, it should still be possible to use Babels lists to send out information & help recruit. 

The second issue is that of training up some local talent to support the interpretation. 

As usual I am working & travelling all over the place, so not necessarily very available to skype...
