Hej vänner!
Tack för senast!!!
Sharing my message to the ongoing WSF-list concerning Fukushima, below.
Bon jour tout le monde, buenos días :-)
A short warm up note.
This past weekend had the annual meeting of Friends of the Earth - Sweden.
One important focus was: Nuclear Plants. In that repect, we had Toru Bové
as a key guest speaker from Japan. Toru is a well-known environmental
activist (Greenpeace) from Japan who migrated to Southern Sweden with his
family, after Fukushima.
Given the world media blackout on this theme, I herewith propose to invite
Toru Bové as a key guest speaker to the next WSF 2015 in Tunez.
The short message is that there is NO safe way to dispose of radioactive
waste, whatever experts, "even" whatever Swedish experts might say - and we
know that swedish expertise is best, right? :-)
Given that the brazilian atomic reactor corresponds to the old soviet
technology (hopeful better than the one in Chernobyl) - and that this topic
is already being addressed within the WSF-process, it makes sense to listen
to the powerful and informed message of Toru in that respect.
Abrazos from autumnish Uppsala/Sweden.
