Dear Reiner,

Hope you and the spring weather are as nice as it is right now in Uppsala.
Today takes place the seminar on Nato organized by Kristna Freds- Uppsala.
I have informed the organizing board about the May 13-14 activities in
Gothenburg - and will do so verbally today during the meeting.

Concerning the IPB-WSF working and developing links, Pierre George in Paris
suggested an idea endorsed by me:

That the Gothenburg activities on Nato (13-14/5) be included among the
activities listed as convergent, identifies with and even as one more
activity of the WSF-process. In that way reinforcing the glocal or
planetarian scope and identity of convergent and synergic activities all
over the world. It is like building bridges between all "islands of
resistance" in the world to slowly build an "archipielago of struggles"
like the "assembly of social movements" on planetarian scale, as the
current worls crisis calls for - or?

In that regard, if it makes sense to you, please inform the local
organizing committee in Gothenburg about this initiative requesting that it
is ok with them.
I will do likewise with the thematic social forum in Cholula-Mexico.
