Given the urgency of the situation, we beg and request the ISA Human Rights
Committee to decide on this issue asap, otherwise it would be irrelevant.
We entrust the ISA Human Rights Commission to edit the proposed draft
according to the best judgement of its members, without losing its geist
and the strength of its demand.
Last but not least, to honor the motto of the 3rd ISA Forum of Sociology:
THE FUTURES WE WANT: GLOBAL SOCIOLOGY AND THE STRUGGLES FOR A BETTER WORLD,
if the social actors struggling for a better world continue to be
