Ref: The Human Right to Peace

Dear All,

Given that the Human Right to Peace is a pre-requisite to the Human Right
to Life and Human Developpment.
Questions come to mind, along with the renewed tasks of peace education for
cultures of justice and peace:
Is this vote legally binding and enough of a legal platform to criminalize
the production/sale of weapons and to proscribe war and violence?
Is it enough of a legal human rights base to de-invest in arms and invest
in human development and on the prevention of conflict?
