It is promoted by a network of like-minded organisations called “the Great
Transition”: https://www.degrotetransitie.nl/ Unfortunately, their web site

The Great Transition focuses on 10 themes:

   - Inequality in income and wealth
   - Work and income in the 21st century
   - Towards a circular, regional economy
   - Transformation of the tax system
   - Measuring welfare better
   - 100% renewable energy in 2030
   - A world without poverty
   - A fair monetary system
   - Good, democratic governance
   - Renew economics education
