After presenting the skeleton , there was a discussion about  a proposal for

commission management for the construction and implementation of the

plan/project.

The proposal strengthens the shared and horizontal management, carried out

its current version is there :

http://openfsm.net/projects/communication-commission/new%7Exa0-working-groups-proposal

The groups in this proposal are:

1) Alternative Media (Communication and Shared)

member of International Council, starting with making contacts with

organizations that have indicated areas of interest for contributing to wsf

communication facilitation  in a consultation made in Rabat

The groups will indicate facilitators and the responsible people  for

specific projects, with some functions and remunerated activities, according

to priorities , existing resources and definitions shared by the whole

commission

It has been discussed that Each participant would join a maximum of 3

Working Groups and could not facilitate more than one, this is a strategy to

ensure the plurality of ideas and contributions. If one organization chooses

to contribute to more groups, she should  indicate more people.

responsibility of the commission

actividades remuneradas, conforme prioridades y recursos
