En Uruguay la Coordinadora de ESS de Uruguay  realiza 2° Encuentro de Economía Solidaria Sembrando consumidorES responsablES del 5 al 8 de setiembre. Sobre el Encuentro Nacional de Economías Transformadoras realizado el 23 agosto, Helena Almiratti, integrante de la Coordinadora Nacional de Economía Solidaria y participante de la Red Intercontinental de Promoción de la Economía Social Solidaria (RIPESS), sostuvo que desde RIPESS América Latina se acordó promover la unidad, el fortalecimiento y la visibilidad de las organizaciones de las economías transformadoras.

In Uruguay, the ESS Coordinator of Uruguay holds the 2nd Solidarity Economy Meeting Sowing responsible consumers from September 5 to 8. On the National Meeting of Transforming Economies held on August 23, Helena Almiratti, member of the National Coordinator of Solidarity Economy and participant of the Intercontinental Network for the Promotion of Solidarity Social Economy (RIPESS), said that RIPESS Latin America agreed to promote the unity, strengthening and visibility of organizations in transformative economies.
