كيفية إنشاء اللجان الشعبية و نشر ثقافة العمل التطوعي في الأحياء المختلفة من خلال تبني قضية أو مشكلة خاصة بمنطقة أو مجموعات من الأفراد، لتقوم بتفعيل آليات الرقابة الشعبية علي الأجهزة التنفيذية، رفع الوعي الحقوقي و السياسي ، إدارة ذاتية للموارد المحلية ، كذلك مراقبة الأداء البرلماني للسادة أعضاء المجالس النيابية بالإضافة إلي التشبيك مع مبادرات شبابية ذات إهتمامات مشتركة
