عمل مهرجان أفلام خاص بالأفلام الوثائقية والروائية الطويلة والقصيرة والمتحركة المرتبطة بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية للشعوب كذلك يعرض المهرجان كافة المرئيات الخاصة بالنضالات التي تقوم بها المنظمات والحركات الاجتماعية والسياسية في نفس السياق وهو الحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية
