RÉUNION COMITÉ DE SUIVI FSMAGHREB-MACHREK

6-7 et 8 Septembre à Tunis

Depuis la tenue du Forum Social Mondial en Tunisie, d’importantes évolutions politiques et sociales ont eu lieu dans la région et dans le monde. Ces évolutions interpellent les mouvements sociaux, et exigent de nous plus de concertations pour déterminer nos stratégies futures, en particulier dans le cadre de la dynamique des Forums Sociaux.

Dans le même temps, il est important de procéder à une évaluation de l’organisation du FSM, Tunisie 2013 et d’en tirer les leçons pour la région Maghreb-Machrek, et pour notre positionnement dans le processus des Forums Sociaux .

De ce fait, nous vous invitons à une réunion du Comité de suivi du Forum Social Maghreb-Machrek les  6 -7 et 8 septembre 2013 à Tunis.

Nous vous proposons le programme ci après :

1. Bilan du FSM 2013 :

         a) quel apport pour la région ?

         b) L'ouverture sur l'islam politique : quel bilan ? pour la Tunisie pour le Maghreb à la lumière des derniers événements en Tunisie et en Egypte

2. Bilan des 10 ans du processus du FSMaghreb

         a) sur le plan politique : quels apports par rapport aux objectifs assignés ?

         b) quel bilan des mobilisations et de l'élargissement ?

         c) bilan de la participation au FSM 2013

3. Perspectives, stratégie(s) , organisation et plan de travail

4. Bilan de l'ouverture sur le Machrek : quelles mesures concrètes pour un ancrage du FSM dans le Machrek.

 

Toutes les contributions écrites sur les points proposés à l’ordre du jour sont plus que recommandées autant pour la mémoire du processus que pour un gain de temps

Since the World Social Forum that was held in Tunisia, significant political and social changes have taken place in the region and the world. These developments challenge the social movements, and we require more consultations to determine our future strategies, particularly concerning the dynamics of social forums.

At the same time, it is important to make an assessment of the organization of the WSF, Tunisia in 2013 and draw lessons for the Maghreb-Mashreq region, and our positioning in the process of social forums.

Therefore, we invite you to a meeting of the Monitoring Committee of the Maghreb-Mashreq Social Forum on September 6th, 7th and 8th, 2013 in Tunis.
The agenda proposal is the following:

1. Evaluation of the WSF 2013:
          a) what contribution to the region?
          b) The opening to political Islam: what conclusions? for Tunisia in the Maghreb in the light of recent events in Tunisia and Egypt
2. Review of 10 years of the process MaghrebSF
          a) on the political level: what was made, compared to the objectives?
          b) what assessment mobilization and expansion?
          c) conclusions of our participation to the WSF 2013

3.    Perspectives, strategy (ies), organization and work plan
4. What conclusions from the opening to the Mashreq region: what concrete steps for anchoring the WSF in the Mashreq.
 
All written comments on the proposed items to the agenda contributions are more than recommended

REUNIÓN DEL COMITÉ DE SEGUIMIENTO FSM Maghreb-Mashreq
6,7 y 8 de septiembre en Túnez

Desde el Foro Social Mundial celebrado en Túnez, los cambios políticos y sociales han tenido lugar en la región y en el mundo. Estos hechos cuestionan los movimientos sociales, y requieren más consultas para determinar nuestras estrategias futuras, en particular en el contexto de la dinámica de los foros sociales.

Al mismo tiempo, es importante hacer una evaluación de la organización del Foro Social Mundial, Túnez en 2013 y extraer conclusiones para la región del Magreb-Mashreq y nuestro posicionamiento en el proceso de los foros sociales.

Por lo tanto, le invitamos a una reunión de la Comisión de Seguimiento del Foro Social Maghreb-Mashreq 6 -7 08 de septiembre 2013 en Túnez.

Ofrecemos el siguiente programa:
1. Conclusiones del FSM 2013:
          a) que contribución para la la región?
          b) La apertura al islam político: lo que funciona? para Túnez en el Magreb, a la luz de los recientes acontecimientos en Túnez y Egipto
2. Revisión de 10 años del proceso de MaghrebSF
          a) en el plano político: que logramos en comparación con los objetivos?
          b) evaluación de la movilización y de la expansión?
          c) la evaluación de la participación en el Foro Social Mundial 2013
3. Perspectivas, estrategia (s), la organización y plan de trabajo
4. Conclusiones de la apertura al Mashreq: ¿qué pasos concretos para el anclaje de la FSM en el Mashreq?
 
Todos los comentarios escritos sobre los temas propuestos en el programa son recomendados, tanto para la memoria del proceso que para ahorrar tiempo.
