IV RUSSIAN SOCIAL

FORUM (RSF – 2022)

Three years ago, on May 18-19, 2019, the third Russian Social Forum (RSF-2019) was held in St. Petersburg. 364 participants from 5 countries and more than 20 regions of Russia took part in its work. Since the end of the third RSF, all countries of the world have faced many challenges. Today, there is a need for a collective understanding of the world that has been born before our eyes over the past years.

In the current conditions, we, who are initiating the Fourth Russian Social Forum as a section of the World Social Forum, social activists and representatives of public organizations of Russia, appeal to public movements and organizations that advocate social and civil rights and stand for internationalism, with a proposal to show our common initiative to jointly hold the RSF-2022.

RSF-2022 will be held from May 1 to May 4, 2022 in St. Petersburg. Due to the epidemiological situation, most of the Forum's events will be held in an online format.

The purpose of RSF-2022 is to generalize the experience of social movements, trade unions and NGOs in order to form the basis for their further work in a changed world.

Lines of activities at the RSF-2022:

1. Socio-economic development strategy: human potential progress

2. Society and the state: formation of social policy in the field of education, science, culture, health

3. Science, culture, education: heritage preservation and development

4. Trade union movement and labor legislation

5. The problematic field of left-wing feminism in modern conditions

6. Environmental problems of modern society

7. Protection of the rights of residents and development of territorial self-government

8. Geo-economic contradictions of modernity and the future of peoples friendship

9. The future of the left information space

10. Social creativity as a driver of sustainable development

IV SOCIAL RUSO

FORO (RSF- 2022)

Hace tres años, 18-19 en mayo 2019, se celebró el tercer foro social ruso en San Petersburgo (RSF-2019). En su trabajo participaron 364 personas de 5 países y más de 20 regiones de Rusia. En el tiempo transcurrido desde el final de la tercera RSF, todos los países se han enfrentado a muchas pruebas. Hoy se necesita una reflexión colectiva sobre el mundo que ha nacido ante nuestros ojos en los últimos años.

En las condiciones actuales, los activistas sociales y los representantes de las organizaciones sociales de Rusia, que inician la celebración del Cuarto Foro Social de Rusia, hacemos un llamamiento a los movimientos y organizaciones sociales que defienden los derechos sociales y civiles y se encuentran en posiciones de internacionalismo para que expresen nuestra iniciativa común de llevar a cabo conjuntamente los esfuerzos de la RSF-2022.

RSF-2022 se llevará a cabo del 1 al 4 de mayo de 2022 en San Petersburgo. Debido a la situación epidemiológica, la mayoría de las actividades del Foro se llevarán a cabo en línea.

El objetivo de la RSF-2022 es resumir la experiencia de los movimientos sociales, los sindicatos y las ONG para formar la base de su trabajo futuro en un mundo cambiante.

7. Protección de los derechos de los habitantes y desarrollo de la autonomía territorial

8. Las contradicciones geopoliteconómicas de la modernidad y la futura amistad de los pueblos

9. El futuro del espacio de información de izquierda

10. La creatividad social como impulsor del desarrollo sostenible
