Purpose: propose a graphic visual overview where to :  

• 1/ Share information on some ongoing processes and prior events/sites
• 2/ Contextualize/locate  first facilitation tasks  ( 3 facilitating collectives NOC -  APSF FG - IC WSF) 
• 3/ Contextualize/locate first acts of participation  ( using existing APSF/WSF infrastructure  websites, social network spaces ) 
• 4/ Formulate and share questions that may arise, triggered looking at  this visual description, complementary to a possible longer text description

Act 1: Register in 2023 as APSF participant 

• Register as participant in APSF  process  https://asiasocialforum.net/join : subscribe in info mailing list;  be included in connection spaces
• (Registration as Participation in WF2024 event  march 2024 will be opened within some months)

Act 2 : Publish announcements of organizations, 2023 activities, initiatives 

• APSF website : Create account  and register  organisation and 2023 activities pages in apsf website (see “how to” on home page https://www.asiasocialforum.net) - pages will be visible here  https://www.asiasocialforum.net/directories
• JOIN.WSFORUM   website  : create personal account (just starred fields https://join.wsforum.net/?q=user/register log in,  orange  menu, fill starred fields, submit  and  make pages about organisations, 2023 activities, initiatives in ioin wsforum.net,  page appear in  https://join.wsforum.net/organizations   or  https://join.wsforum.net/wsf-activities  or  https://join.wsforum.net/initiatives then edit them as you wish in blue menu
• There are over 2000  organizations from accross the world mutually visible in the join.wsforum platform. Make yours visible
• (Registration of activities in WSF2024 event march 2024 will be opened within some months)

Act 3 : Promote 2023 announcements  from your organization, alone or with others 

• Promote in 2023 activities and initiatives (announced in APSF or joinwsforum website)  in APSF thematic/ geograhic connection spaces, once you are included in them https://asiasocialforum.net/tfg, some time after registrationAct1

Act 4 : Prepare 2023 collective and or facilitating initiatives and events, feeding national and thematic dynamics  

• Announce them : as  " APSF info and invite sessions", on occasion of civil society events,  https://www.asiasocialforum.net/apsf-invite-sessions ,  or  as "national  meetings"  described  as "activiites" in    https://join.wsforum.net/wsf-activities 
  or  as "thematic event initiative" with preparation steps assumed by a group of CSOs  described as initiatives in  https://join.wsforum.net/initiatives 
• Outreach for thematic multinational events  in 2023 in APSF thematic/ geographic connection spaces, which are aligned with WSF2021 themes  https://asiasocialforum.net/tfg   -

• (Themes for WSF2024  will be decided withing some months , and are not "channeling" the  actual topic of  self organized activities placed  in WSF) ,

• image shows only in person IC meetings - there can be other meeting on line in between them starting with IC meeting where Nepal WSF proposla will be presented  - Same for APSF FC meetings
• possibllity of  an  APSF wide event on line  before  WSF with limited logistical effort  focusing on p making visible  and promoting  the transational articulations that are being built, also in perspecive of WSF 
• possibility of one day visibility of APSF process in the WSF event.
