Some of you have recently confirmed on the WSF website  an activity "outside Tunis"

It is then in the table here listing confirmed activities  with serial number of confirmation, names and number of confirmed activities and organizations

By doing so, you had to  (because there was no other option) to select time slots schedule for the days of Tunis ( even if your acivity is not at the date of the forum

• March 25 8h30h11h slot 1, 2 11h30 14h, and 3 1700 2:30 p.m.
• March 26 slot 8h3011h 4, 5 and 6 11:30 14h 1700 2:30 p.m.
• March 27 8:30 9h11h slot 7 and 8 and 11:30 14h 9 1700 2:30 p.m.
• March 28 8:30 9h11h slot 10 and 11 11:30 14h

(Slots 9 10 or 11 have been opened there two days)

And thus inn many cases your activity can be considered by us as a request for video conference, while this might not be the case

THE EXTENSION COMMISSION PROPOSES TO CLARIFY THAT VERY QUICKLY BEFORE EVENING Friday March 6

1 / your activity outside Tunis is a video conference or  includes a video conference includes 

please answer by mail before Friday night recalling the number of your activity  in the  list

If you answer before Friday night your activity will be announced in the conference program video distributed on paper to participants Tunis - and there is a telecentre building that hosts these  video conferences 

You can also choose to have a more meaningful title such as "video conferenc my city - Tunis about xxxxx" day and hour - (as done by line 39 Video-conference Within Social Movements Madrid-Tunis 27th March 2015 18:30

For this, your can  announce and confirm another activity "outside Tunis" with this more explicit way and choose the slot / nearest  to  the schedules that suit you

Most of you want to enlarge their ativity  on the internet. For this you can open a skype room for people to come join you, as they can do so in the program here : Program5 Extended Global

So you can begin to search the website menus organizations or activities WSF persons acting on the same issues as you , you can find their mall and you invite a video conference, if it is in Tunis, and you invite  them to come in the skype room if they are not. in Tunis  So the  forum plays its role in interlinking participants, even if you are away from Tunis
