3/ ENLARGE YOUR ACTIVITIES ON INTERNET BEFORE THE WSF EVENTWITH SKYPE (or other software) AS OF NOW AND MAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE REMAINING TIME UP TO MARCH 24 th to make contacts

  • WHY

all activities can be video streamed ( see here how to do it )Link: /projects/extensionfsm2015/comex15-filmer-mon-activite-sur-internet-en and a skype audio or chat room can be set up to welcome distant participants

  • HOW

Create a chat room skype with three people to start , and allow access by link in this room ( this link option in the window that appears when you click on the title of the room to edit it) - Click on the horizontal "8", top right of this window, this copies the link, and you paste it in the description of your activity in the WSF website, or in a comment below it, and add "(extended on skype)" or "extended on internet" at the end of the title filed

you need to have a recent version of skype to acces this possbiliy

This way, hose interested can then join you in the skype room and start to talk with you right now.

in those skype rooms you can create a future community of participants to the activity , who going or not to tunis

Also volunteers from the commission will accompany the organizers of extended activities to make lively these chat/audio rooms and to go further by preparing a video streaming - we maybe have written to you by mail already... please contact us!

4/ JOIN WSF CAFE TUNIS in personal capacity

WSF café is an activity proposed by the WSF café initiative group and the commission extension http://registration.fsm2015.org/q=node/25

inclusion is done through form ( item1), also one can access the Skype lobby via a link (as indicated in the point 3) and share with the facilitators before filling the form

  • CAFE TOPICS

TOPICS are keywords from the themes proposed by the participants, allowing to mix visions, each themes has skype and facebook conversation rooms

extension volunteers gradually create topics rooms (in skype and facebook and by language) and provide facilitation in the café

5/ ORGANIZE AND ADVERTIZE LOCAL ACTIVITIES OUT OF TUNIS

  • activities of TELEENCOUNTERS - VIDEO CONFERENCES are good moment for collective intercommunication

these activities "out of tunis" witih "video confereence" in their title (edit it ) will be welcomed in Tunis by the extension commission that will provide the room hardware and connection and will edit the schedule in respecting inasmuch possible the hours you as local organizer are porposing

partners of the local organizers, who are in tunis come at the agreed time with their guests and speak with their group, which is away from tunis

  • WSF CAFE FSM IN MY CITY : A COOL WAY TO DISCOVER AND GET INVOLVED IN WSF

Create an activity "out of tunis" andput "( wsf cafe mycity <> Tunis )" in the title

it is a active, flexible, and creative way to get in touch with the WSF café, and through it, with activities in the WSF - chat, video, etc ..;

just need a room in your city, with internet connection, and a group of facilitators (also participants in the WSF café ...) who come with their computers. Of course, the café must be announced in advance in your city through fllyers, word of mouth, social networkievent etc
