- الجانب الفني : الخاص بكيفية عمل المشروع من إجراءات.
- الجانب التسويقي : والذي يهتم بالتسويق عن الخدمات التي يقدمها العمل البيئي من أنشطة مختلفة وعملية الدعاية والإعلان والترويج المختلفة عن المشروع.
- الجانب المالي : وهو خاص بالحسابات التي تختص بالمشروع من حساب للتكاليف المالية والعائد الفعلي والمتوقع والحسابات اليومية والدورية والسنوية, وتحديد المشتريات والمصروفات والأجور, وينبغي أن يكون هناك دفتر خاص بحسابات المشروع حتى يمكن من خلال التعرف وتحديد المركز المالي للمشروع.

إستراتيجية العمل :
- حتى يستمر المشروع بفاعلية ونضمن بقائة ينبغي على المؤسسة الراعية للمشروع والمتبنية لفكرة العمل البيئي أن تقوم بتحديد الرؤية والرسالة من المشروع والأهداف الرئيسية والفرعية للعمل, وتحديد نقاط القوة والضعف الداخلية وكذلك الفرص والتهديدات الخارجية على المشروع, وأيضا تحديد السياسات العامة التي يقوم عليها المشروع.

كيفية قيام المـشروع :
- إقناع الناس بالإشتراك فى المشروع بأشتراك شهرى قدره (.... جنيه) بحسب ما تقررة المؤسسة المتبنية للمشروع.
- يتم تحرير إيصال بإستلام النقدية لعدم الإزدواجية في الدفع ومنعا للمشكلات.
- عدد الزيارات الشهرية 8 مرات بمعدل مرتين منتظمتين أسبوعيا, ومهم جدا أن يعلم المشترك الأيام المحددة الخاصة له في تسليم القمامة (مثل: يومي السبت والثلاثاء أو الأحد والأربعاء ,,,,,, وهكذا).
- أن يكون المواعيد المحددة لجمع القمامة من البيوت بعد الساعة الثالثة عصرا في الغالب لضمان تواجد أهل المنزل بإستمرار, وهذا الموعد يكون فيه قد إنخفضت درجة الحرارة نسبيا فيستطيع العمال من مباشرة العمل.
- الأفضل أن تسلم القمامة باليد شخصيا مع العامل لكل مشترك (فالبعض قد يتفق على تحديد مكان لإلقاء القمامة به ويجمع العامل منه فهذا يسير مشكلة وهو أن بعض الغير مشتركين سيقومون بالإلقاء في نفس المكان), وأن يقوم العامل بإثبات الحضور وإستلام القمامة في كل مرة في البطاقة المصممة لهذا الغرض مع كل مشترك.

- تنظيف المكان الذي تعود أهل المنطقة في إلقاء القمامة والمهملات فية ووضع لافتة " ممنوع إلقاء القمامة ", مع تحذير الأهالي من تحرير محاضر المخالفة وتعرضهم للغرامات المالية, والإستعانة في ذلك بالمسئولين في مجلس تنمية المجتمع المحلي بالمنطقة, وتحويل هذا المكان إلى حديقة من الأشجار والزهور وتأمينها بالأسلاك الشائكة.

- الإستفادة من طاقة الشباب : تشجيع وتحفيز وإقناع شباب المنطقة على المشاركة بحملة التنظيف للشوارع وغرس الأشجار وتبني مقترحاتهم.

- المتابعة اليومية والدورية : من المسئولين على المشروع لضمان إستمرارية العمل وحل أي مشكلة طارئة, وذلك بالتأكيد على طاقم العمالة من الحضور في المواعيد المقررة, وكذلك المشرفين على العمال, وأيضا التبييت يوميا على سائق السيارة من عدم التأخير أو التخلف عن الموعد ولو كان هناك عذر عليه الإبلاغ في فترة تسمح من إيجاد البديل.

- الإستفادة من الطاقات البشرية المتواجدة في المنطقة كمصادر قوة يقوم عليها المشروع, والإستعانة بالمثقفين والمتعاونين والمتبنيين والمؤمنين بفكرة إقامة المشروع في المنطقة وكذلك التواصل مع أئمة المساجد في المنطقة, وذلك لإقناع الفئات المترددة والرافضة للإقامة المشروع والتواصل الفعال مع القائمين على العمل.

- أكياس جمع القمامة : تخصيص أكياس بألوان مختلفة بعضها للمخلفات العضوية اللينة من بقايا المأكولات والتي يمكن أن تتحلل وتتعفن بمرور الوقت وينتج عنها روائح كريهة, وأكياس أخرى للورق والكتب, وكذلك تخصيص أكياس للمخلفات الصلبة البلاستيكية للإستفادة من إعادة تصنيعها.

- توضيح الهدف الأساسي : تعريف المواطنين بأن الهدف الأساسي من العمل في هذا المشروع غير هادف للربح وأن العائد منه سيدخل ضمن تطوير المنطقة ودعم الخدمات والتضامن الإجتماعي لأهالي المنطقة, مع إعفاء الأسر الفقيرة نهائيا من دفع الإشتراك بدون ذكر حالات بعينها.

- التعبئة والتواصل مع السكان : من المهم تدوين الملاحظات بعد كل لقاء مع السكان في المنطقة في جدول منظم وبجوار العنوان المحدد وإسم عائل الأسرة أو أحد أفرادها إن أمكن.

- عمال جمع القمامة : يمكن أن تقوم المؤسسة بتوفير طاقم عمالة دائمة للعمل في المشروع بأجر شهري, أو الإستعانة في بداية العمل بعمالة مؤقتة من أفراد متمرسين للعمل في مناطق أخرى ولهم خبرة سابقة بأجر يومي أو أسبوعي حسب الإتفاق.
وينبغي التعامل مع عمال النظافة بحكمة ووسطية حتى لا يتقاعسوا عن العمل ويهملوا فيه, وليس بالشدة التي تؤدي إلى تسربهم.
