Si no tienen como viajar  ( y si tienen como viajar igual )  pueden
proponer una "videoconferencia  colombia tunis" que les proporcionaria una
oportunidad de conversar con gente alla  (en ingles mas probablemente) y
tienen tiempo para encontrar en el sitio fsm  contactos afines que podrian
venir a charlar con ustedes

Tambien pueden anunciar una actividad local y" ensancharla" con skype
 desde ahora  (punto 3)
