1/ Espacios temáticos son partes del espacio abierto común de encuentros del FSM Virtual. El principio 6 del FSM aplica: nadie puede hablar a nombre de un espacio temático.

2/ Para cada espacio temático, hay un” grupo de trabajo de espacio temático”, abierto, y con una lista explicita de personas en relación con una lista explicita de organizaciones. Este grupo tiene 3 tareas

A/ Estimular en articulación con el grupo de trabajo “movilización” que organizaciones participantes relacionen actividades con el tema/espacio que cuida, seleccionando el tema en la descripción de la actividad o de la iniciativa.

B/ Hacer sugerencias de articulación o fusión entre actividades, o iniciativas que fueron relacionadas con el tema que cuida. Estas sugerencias son públicas y visibles según una modalidad de implementación a definir, las entidades participantes que las reciben deciden si tomarlas en cuenta (esta tarea retoma algo que fue intentado en belem 2009)

C/ Organizar, opcionalmente, y de manera consensuada entre las entidades presentes en el grupo de trabajo espacio, UNA actividad a nombre de este grupo r, con su lista explicita de organizaciones integrantes, respondiendo a preocupaciones y metas de desarrollo del proceso FSM descritas por el grupo

Esta decena de actividades “organizadas en el GF” beneficiaria para su realización y su difusión de un apoyo técnico comunicacional hecho disponible por el GF, repartido equitativamente entre los diferentes espacios.

Cada una de estas actividades seria presentada en una reunión específica del grupo facilitador GF FSM 2021, celebrada antes del inicio del evento FSM virtual, para recibir comentarios públicos de parte de las otras organizaciones contribuyentes en el GF, Así se puede clarificar si hay un apoyo o un consentimiento con argumentación, a que esta actividad sea entre las que son presentadas como “organizadas desde el GF”

Las entidades que organizan actividades autogestionadas pueden colocar su actividad en relación con uno o más espacios temáticos. Puesto que no hay limitaciones logísticas de espacio en la esfera virtual, la programación general de actividades simplemente refleja día y hora definido por los organizadores de cada actividad, tomando en cuenta los requisitos de las distintas zonas horarias y tratando de que todos/todas puedan participar en un máximo de los seminarios introductivos.

2/ Para cada espacio temático, hay un” grupo de trabajo de espacio temático”, abierto, con por lo menos dos facilitadores. Delete: una lista explicita de personas en relación con una lista explicita c)de organizaciones. Este grupo tiene 4 tareas

La mención de la explicitación de la composición del "grupo faciltador de espacio tematico" es un punto importante, no se puede esconder detras de dos personas
Es posible que este grupo mediante un taller iria producir contenidos que serian difundidos y organizar una o mas actividad grande . Entonces es valido saber quiénes definieron esos contenidos

Este grupo tiene 4 tareas

A/ Formular brevemente el objetivo del espacio temático, los temas abordados y los tipos de organizaciones a invitar

Seria bien proponer una formulacion generica que se puede adaptar a diversos espacios
En el fsm el objetivo genérico, es “ hacer acontecer un espacio abierto para .. intensificar la reflexión, realizar un debate democrático de ideas, elaborar propuestas, establecer un libre intercambio de experiencias y articular acciones eficaces

El grupo no tiene mandato de definir un programa del espacio tematico guiando la dinamica de los 3/4 dias - este sera la combinacion de un panel introductivo y las actividades autogestionadas - es mas a travez de sugerencia y practicar los que se proponer
Queda pendiente si va haber de parte del grupo facilitador del espacio el acompanamiento de un grupo wsp con las personas representando grupo organizadores de actividades relacionadas con el espacio teamatico, donde se podrian hacer esta sugerencias

El orden de las tareas A B C D se puede comentar : podria ser A C B D o A C D B para mostrar que el contenido del panel didactico introductivo se adapta a la dinamica de las participaciones creada por las tareas C y D

DECISION Y COMENTARIOS

Los participantes en la reunion del 201125 examinaron la propuesta comentada de Terminos de referencias genericos de grupos faciltadores de espacios tematicos visible aqui http://openfsm.net/projects/gf-fsm2021/gt-metodologia-fsm2021-insumo2/#ESFP y resolvieron APROBARLA, con los siguientes comentarios retomando las 4 tareas A B C D explicitadas en los terminos Genericos

Tarea A / Cada grupo de trabajo espacio tematico va a completar estos terminos genericos, con elementos que se pueden preparar mediante talleres participativos relativos a cada espacio son campos de encuentros con actividades autoorganizadas que vienen en relacion a una problematizacion del tema propuesta por el Grupo, y otras actividades auto gestionadas que vienen simplemente en relacion a este tema
Tarea B / Una tarea de grupos faciltadores de espacio tematico es hacer que una o mas ( fueron mencionadas hasta 3) actividades grandes acontezcan - la forma des estas actividades es variable segun los espacios teamaticos: puede ser un panel introductivo como en el texto generico o puede ser una asamblea - con una lista de las organizaciones que se responsabilizan por su preparacion ( estas actividades grandes pueden ser auto organizadas)
Una Tarea E / de grupos facilitadores de espacio tematico fue subrayada : fomentar transversalidad, y dialogo con organizaciones activas en otros epacios tematicos sea mediante estas actividades grandes, o las otras autogestionadas
El grupo se reunira cuando sea visto necesario por sus integrantes - Según como se vaya avanzando en cada espacio, se van presentando los avances en las reuniones del Grupo Facilitador

PROPUESTA V3 Terminos de referencia GFET- parte genérica, tomando en cuenta la reunión 25 noviembre

1/ Espacios temáticos son partes del espacio abierto común de encuentros del evento FSM Virtual 25-30th enero 2021 y despues. El principio 6 del FSM aplica: nadie puede hablar a nombre de un espacio temático

Las entidades que organizan actividades autogestionadas pueden colocar su actividad en relación con uno o más espacios temáticos, cuando las anuncian en el modulo de registro FSM 2021. Puesto que no hay limitaciones logísticas de espacio en la esfera virtual, la programación general de actividades FSM 2021 virtual simplemente refleja día y hora definido por los organizadores de cada actividad. tomando en cuenta los requisitos de las distintas zonas horarias

2/ Para cada espacio temático hay un grupo facilitador del espacio temático (GFET) abierto, y con por lo menos dos facilitadores y una lista explicita de personas en relación con una lista explicita de organizaciones.

Este grupo GFET tiene 5 tareas

A/ Problematizar, en su nombre, el tema del espacio temático, sin que esta problematización sea necesariamente asumida por organizaciones que colocan sus actividades en el espacio. Los Espacios temáticos son campos de encuentros, con actividades autoorganizadas, algunas que se construyen en relación a una problematización del tema propuesta por el GFET, y otras que vienen simplemente en relación a este tema en el espacio abierto del FSM

Cada GFET va a completar estos términos genéricos, con esta problematización con elementos que se pueden preparar mediante talleres participativos relativos a cada espacio, asumidos en su nombre.

B/ Hacer que una “actividad grande” acontezca en el espacio temático, o más, y en este caso estas deben ser auto organizadas, en relación con la problematización descrita por el GFET en su tarea A

La forma de estas actividades grandes es variable según los espacios temáticos y las opciones del GFET: por ejemplo, puede ser un panel introductivo, o puede ser una asamblea, con una lista de las organizaciones que se responsabilizan por su preparación, y estas “actividades grandes” pueden ser auto organizadas.

Los GFET se conciertan para que las “actividades grandes” resultando de la acción facilitadora de cada GFET, no sean en paralelo entre ellas.

En el caso de un panel introductivo a la temática, aquí van algunas orientaciones : el GFET formula los tipos de organizaciones a invitar. El panel seria pluralista, ofreciendo una visión general del pensamiento actual, del ‘mainstream’ (Davos) así como de las alternativas progresistas, ofreciendo a los movimientos participantes en el espacio una referencia facilitando su propio planteamiento y preparando el terreno de las convergencias con mira al FSM Mexico 2022 .

C/ En articulación con el grupo de trabajo “movilización”, estimular, que organizaciones participantes relacionen actividades auto gestionadas, con el tema/espacio que el GFET cuida, sin ser su propietario. Este relacionamiento se hace simplemente en el sistema de registro, seleccionando el tema al momento de describir la actividad

D/ Hacer sugerencias de articulación o fusión entre actividades, que fueron relacionadas con el tema que el GFET cuida. Estas sugerencias son públicas y visibles según una modalidad de implementación a definir en el GFET, las entidades participantes que las reciben deciden autónomamente si tomarlas en cuenta o no. Esta tarea retoma algo que fue hecho en Belem 2009. También las organizaciones presentes en el GFET que hacen sugerencias pueden ser estimuladas a concretarlas mediante construcción de actividades autoorganizadas

E/ Fomentar transversalidad entre espacios temáticos, dialogo con organizaciones activas en otros espacios temáticos, sea mediante estas actividades grandes, o las otras autogestionadas, mediante tarea D
