RESHUFFLING SELF ORGANIZED ACTIVITIES SESSIONS ?

On Sunday there is no problem going ahead with sessions

but on Monday, since the college students will be there, they suggest that we should organise speakers who can address student for their exposure et al

the number of sessions might also reduce on Monday since people who come to the social forum people come with their drums, costumes et al, n there is no way to control it

[12:18:03] Pierre (France) : why no activity on Saturday rather than Monday , is there a reason for not placing the event on 30th july ?

[12:19:15] Anju (hyderabad): the reason for the event no happening on Saturday was due to the unavailability of the venue for the inaugural plenary we could get the venue only on 31st which is why we had to make this shift.

[12:20:24] Pierre (France) : you mean  Venue : RTC Kalabhavan? was not available on Saturday

[12:20:43] Anju (hyderabad): yes it was not available on Saturday

[12:23:32] Pierre (France) : it might have been possible to start  self organised activities on Saturday before the inaugural session

[12:24:44] Anju (hyderabad): :) meena is also suggesting the same

[12:29:19] Pierre (France) : a cultural session in the Saturday evening might be more popular than on Monday night and make the link with Sunday

[12:32:56] Anju (hyderabad): on Monday, cultural programme is not allowed in Monday at ambedkar

[12:33:27] Pierre (France) : so on Saturday evening it might make more sense

[12:33:37] Anju (hyderabad): proposal to organise cultural programmes on Sunday

[12:34:13] Pierre (France) : in the program http://www.WSFindia.org/content/event there are two cultural sessions that is why i was suggesting to shift the Monday session to Saturday and keep the Sunday as is
