The 100+ activity chat rooms in WSF 2016 extension PROGRAM ( chronological or geographical ) provide 100+ "places" where interested people can exchange around 100+ topics, throughout 2016 ,joining and leaving freely the activity chat rooms
It can be compared to a face to face social forum event, where people go and leave freely the physical rooms where activities listed in a program are held

After you make step A4 and receive from extension team the presentation page and the chat room link? you can announce activity in the WSF website step S3 giving the links to the presentation page and the chatroom
INDICATION OF POSSIBLE STEPS FOR FACILITATING EXTENSION IN INDIA
- 1/ inform and support India organizations about placing their local public meeting activities in India in extension dynamics, before all India convention and WSF Montreal
- 2/ inform and support India organizations about placing self-organized activities in the convention about placing them also in the extension dynamics
- 3/ inform and support India organizations having done 1 or 2, about announcing local teleconference activities between India and Montreal on 10 11 12 august, that will be welcomed in Montreal by extension support team
- 4/inform and support India organizations sending delegates to Montreal about webcasting their activities in Montreal
- 5/ inform and support groups of volunteers having participated in 1 and 2 to organize “WSF cafés” in their city, where people can come and remotely participate in a “cocktail of activities webcast/enlarged from Montreal with video channel and skype chat room, particularly those where Indian delegates are present ( the café can be also mixed with teleconferences step 3 )
- 6/ inform and support India organizations about placing their local public meeting activities in India up to end of the year , and notably those organizations who sent delegates to Montreal placing " back from Montreal" meetings
