Duetoitsscale,speedofpropagationandtheirpotentialconsequencesforthehealthofthepopulationoverall,thecurrentpandemicof theCOVID-19isoneCrisishealthwithoutprecedent. Italsorepresentsthefirstcrisis ,economicworldunitedtoonepandemic.

Inthedynamicdisconcertinginherenttothepandemicisaddedsituationsprecedentsofcrisesinthefieldpoliticalmultilateral,ascanbetoleveloveralltheweakeningoftheUNandtheWTO,ortolevelregionalthecrisesofgovernanceintheUnionEuropeanorthedisintegrationofUNASUR.Thesumofthesefactsbringsevenmoreclarityaboutofthevulnerabilityoftheglobalizationneoliberalandthelackofonegovernanceoverall.

Allthisscenario,strippedtherealitysocialofourpeoples,bringingtothelightvastsectors, invisiblethemostvulnerable,thosethatdo notarebeingcoveredbythemechanismsofprotectionsocial,aremademorevisibleandrequiretheattentiontheydeserve.According totheOrganizationInternationalof theLabor Office(ILO),thetotal numberofhoursofworkwill be10.5%lowerthanpriortothecrisis ,causedbytheCOVID-19,thatequatesto305millionofjobsformalintimeintegral.

Asit ischaracteristicofthecurrentstageof thecapitalism,thecrisesalsoaffectsthewaymostdramatictothewomen,as wellastotheminoritiesandgroupsmarginalized:theblack,theyouth,theindigenous,themigrants,thehomosexuals,theelderly.Thehegemoniceconomicsectors arealreadyagitatingthethreatofmoreprecariousworkandthewithdrawalofrightssocial.

We comefromdecadesofglobalhegemonyofultra-liberaleconomicism,whichpreachesanindividualistic,anti-public,anti-stateandanti-unionnarrative.ThepandemicalsoshowedtheemergenceofonenationalismgrowingthatisopposedtotheactionofthecooperationGlobalnecessarytoconfrontcollectivelythisvirus.TheerainauguratedbythegovernmentsofThatcher,ReaganandbyvariousdictatorshipsinLatin America,andsubsequentlyreinforcedbytheconsensusofWashington,hasmaintainedmanyofitspremisestothepresentandhasmutatedfromthe"revolution"neoconservativetotheliberalisms"Progressive"generatingsooneacceleration,neverseeninthehistoryoftheconcentrationofwealthandinequality.

Theexpansionofthespeculativefinancialto thedetrimentoftheeconomyRealprovokedonecrisis ,toscaleworldof thesystemeconomic,whichbrought withitthelossofmillionsofjobs.ThecrisesgeneratedbytheCOVID-19representsonenewopportunitytotakeonechangeofdirectionintheseeconomicpoliciesthathaveproventheirfailure.

Awareofourconditionofrepresentativesofonelargenumberofworkers,andofourresponsibilitytoonestageofsuchmagnitude,wedecided togatheroureffortsofreflectionandsharedwithpeersandcolleaguesandwithorganizationssisters,ourconcerns,ourproposalsandoursuggestionsfortheaction.It isthusthatretakingthespiritoriginatingin theFSM,weproposeonemobilizationparallelandalternativeto thenextForumEconomicWorldwhichwilltakeaplaceinSingaporethenextmonthofMay.

We claimtheneedto:

·Responsesofemergencytoprotecttotheandtheworkersandensureoneworkdecent ·Onedevelopmentsustainableandonetransitionfair ·Onemodelofstatewithinvestmentpublicthatprotectstothepeople ·Theprotectionofthepeoplemigrants ·Thejusticetax ·ThecancellationandrenegotiationofthedebtoftheUnited ·Onechangeintheorderinternationalandoneredefinitionof themulticulturalismnexttooneNewAgreementGlobaloftheGovernance ·Thefulfillmentofthecommitmentsassumedbythestatesthatallowonedevelopmentsustainabletothepeopleinthecenter ·Theliftingoftheembargoagainstthepeople ·AgreementsFrameworkGlobalefficientandbasedonthestandardsoftheILOandontherightsastotheorganizationunionandthebargainingcollectivelytoput anendtotheinfringementofrightshumaninthechainofsupply ·Therecognitionoftheworkessentialtooftennotpaidorpoorlypaid,astheof thecareofthepeople ·Theguaranteeofrightsforallandtheworkersofthenewformsofemploymentrelatedtothedigitization ·Networksofprotectionuniversalandincomeminimumguaranteed ·Theguaranteeofhumanrightsandscenariosofpeace

Todoesteescenario,desnudólarealidadsocialdenuestrospueblos,sacandoalaluzvastossectoresinvisibles,losmásvulnerables,aquellosquenoestánsiendocontempladosporlosmecanismosdeprotecciónsocial,sehacenmásvisiblesyexigenlaatenciónquemerecen.SegúnlaOrganizaciónInternacionaldelTrabajo(OIT),eltotaldehorasdetrabajoserá10,5%menorqueantesdelacrisiscausadaporlaCOVID-19,esoequivalea305millonesdeempleosformalesenperiodointegral.
