Un Ponte Per… (Rome, Italy)

Eight people of the Italian NGO Un Ponte Per… spoke to several people among which Martin and Naji of Women for Peace. Naji spoke about the ISF process, the exceptional turnout of the first day, and about her fears that September 28 would be less participated. However, the ISF was already a success by then and together they celebrated the results.

The Italian Platform for the World Social Forum (Rome, Italy)

Video-call with the Italian Platform for the World Social Forum, within an event in Roma dedicated to European policies. About 50 representatives of main Italian social movements, networks and unions were present, and they were amazed by the results achieved in Iraq. Raffaella of the WSF International Council introduced the call in Roma, then Martina of Un ponte per... and Nadia of the ISF Secretariat spoke from Baghdad, from the terrace of the Cultural House, showing even a view of the Tigris to people in Rome.
