What is the role of extension team ?

Collect requests for interventions – schedule them with consideration of availability of speakers

Help to establish contacts based on interest expressed from abroad or from Baghdad  - Collect the agreements for tele exchange –- help with preparation skype meting- schedule tele exchange with mutual agreement of counterparts in the special rooms – support the tele exchange  technically during ISF days

How to prepare it  from the Iraqi organization?

It is good to know the website of the  Iraqi organization

Nothing special -  have  clear communication with the extension team  - A first skype contact can be useful- at least between the extension team and the abroad organization
