1 -WHAT IS EXTENSION OF ISF ?
It is organizing the ISF event in order to include people who are not in Baghdad and want to participate in ISF
“humanly” (through invitation of committee),
and inasmuch possible “technically” ( using internet video broadcast or video conferencing),
So, solidarity events/activities organized abroad that are creating solidarity with Iraqis organizations, are a key dimension of extension of iSF.
Without use of internet, people abroad can , in those activities discuss issues related to situation in Iraq
With use of internet, or phone, Collective discussion can take place between groups that are in Baghdad and groups that are out of Baghdad

More contacts, more visibility, more debates, more solidarity, more cooperation
More memory more notes more photos more videos
Not more spending for travel, no need to have big travel budget to cooperate with Iraqis organizations

DURING BAGHDAD EVENT The number solidarity activities without connection with Baghdad is unlimited .
Some of them may request tele intervention from baghdad
This implies having in baghdad a person and a place available for video conferencing
5-2 IN BAGHDAD
Let us suppose ISF is a social forum event with for instance a dimensioning of 50 activities
Dimensioning of extension is estimation of the proportion of activities in Baghdad with various use of internet .
20 activities can be recorded and enlarged (if internet is good the limitation is the number of people
10 activities can be teleencounter activities ( a group video conferencing from abroad with a group in baghdad )
10 activities can be with personnal intervention from abroad during activities ( one person video conferencing from abroad)
WHAT CAN THE INTERNATIONAL COMING TO BAGHDAD DO ABOUT EXTENSION
Internationals coming to Baghdad may be proposing tele encounters activities with their respective home
They can be preparing this with extension team before they come to iraq
During the tele encounters they can help the ISF extention team in baghdad
Internationals coming to Baghdad may be suggesting broadcast of activities held in baghdad
ISF extension team may do the broadcast and they can be linking persons with their fellow people
