بادر بالتعبير عن اهتمامك من خلال ملى الفورمه التاليه باسرع ما يمكن  حتى يتمكن المتطوعون في الفريق الموسع من الاتصال بك و بناء نوع من التواصل و الدعم مع المجتمع الدولي و المنظمات الدوليه و الاتصال بهم عن طريق الانترنت.

احتماليه المشاركه في المنتدى العراقي الموسع

Signal your interest and through the following form as soon as possible, so the Iraqi volunteers of the “Extended ISF Team” can contact you, build a solidarity link with International civil society organizations, and an internet connection with them.

Possibilities for taking part in the Extended Iraqi Social Forum:

 

١- اقترح الانظمام الى التواصل عن طريق البث على الانترنت لنشر الوعي عن المجتمع و المنتدى العراقي

هذه الفعاليات تستطيع ان تاخذ مكانها قبل او اثناء او بعد المنتدى العراقي  و سوف يكون فريق اللجنه الموسعه قادرا على الاتصال بكم للمساعده على الاتصال بالمنظمات الدوليه التي اعلنت مساندتها لمشروع المنتدى  و هي مشتركه في فعاليات مشابه لتلك التي تشترك فيها منظمتكم  و تررتب لقاات سكايب  معهم.

A) Propose  a tele intervention from  Baghdad in a solidarity activity held anywhere the world to spread awareness on the Iraqi situation and the ISF. These activities  can take place  before, during or after the ISF event. The ISF extension support team will help you to contact international organizations that have announced solidarity activities and are involved in similar activities as your organization. and arrange in their activity a Skype-call moment with them

 

٢- الاتصال عن طريق الفيديو بين مجموعتكم في بغداد و مجاميع اخرى في مكان في العالم.

هذه الفعاليه يجب ان تاخذ حيز التنفيد في فتره اقامه المنتدى بين ٢٦-٢٨ سبتمبر. بعض الغرف في المنتدى يجب ان تعد  لاستقبال الاتصال بالانترنت و المايكروفون ، الكامرات و عارضات فوق الراس للسماح للمجموعتين بالتواصل بين بغداد و الخارج. في هذه الاثناء سيقوم فريق البث بالاشراف على العمليه و الاتصال بالمجموعه التي ترغب في الانظمام من خارج بغداد. سيكون  التبادل مباشر وحي و اذا كانت هناك نشاكل في الاتصال فسوف يتم الاعماد على الجات للتواصل.

 

B) Tele-exchange through video-conference between your group in Baghdad and a group anywhere in the world. This activity should take place during the forum (26-28 September 2013). Some rooms at the ISF should be equipped with internet connection, microphones, loudspeakers ,webcam and video projector allowing a video-exchange between your group in Baghdad and another group, wherever you are. The ISF extension support team will help your group get in contact with groups outside Baghdad interested in exchanging with you.Tele exchange are a direct lively communication and is a robust option which can switch to written chat if internet connection is weak

 

 

٣- تتترح ان تتم اقامه فعاليه في بغداد مع اللجنه الموسعه الخاصه بالانترنت  اذا كانت نوعيه الانترنت جيده و بمساعده اللجنه الموسعه. في بعض الحالات  يتم الاعتماد على الجات في حاله كون الانترنت ضعيف مع المجموعه في بغداد.

 

المشاركين يستطيعون مشاهدة البث الحي مع الاصدقاء و التعليق من مختلف انحاء العالم لكن وللنظر لكون الاتصال بالانترنت في بغداد عاده مايكون متقلقل حتى في حال كوننا نعمل على تصليحه.  سوف يقوم مجموعه  البث المباشر بمساعدتك على  الاتصال بالمجاميع الدوليه التي تود المشاركه الفيدويه كون الموضوع يهمهم لذلك اما ما يخص اللجنه الموسعه للمنتدي  فسيكون مسؤول عن تحديث القائمه للفعاليات الموسعه حتى يتم تاكيد العمل على الفعاليات.

C) Propose Tele-participation in an activity that  you will hold in Baghdad within the ISF. Some activities during the forum (26-28 September 2013) can be open to tele participation along two ways  -

. 1/ You decide that your activity  in Baghdad will be “ enlarged”  i-e visible by internet streaming, (if the quality of internet connection allows it. You will make preliminary test with help of isf extension team), and having a side written chat room where tele participants watching the video can be in direct contact through chat with a “linking person”of your organization in Bagdhad.
Tele participants can watch your activity with friends, comment them live by written chat with other people watching them across the world, even project them in a public space. As connection in Baghdad is precarious this tele-participation is not guaranteed, and most likely there will be occasional interruptions of the streaming, even when we make it work. The ISF extension support team will help you get in contact with international groups that want to tele participate in your activity because its topic is intereting them, so you can establish previous communication  with them. ISF extension support team will update the list of enlarged activities until it is confirmed and finalized

 

٢- انتم تقررون ان تكون الفعاليه مفتوحه للمشاركه الفيديويه و هذا يعني انكم ستستضيفون شخص ممكن له ان يقون باستضافه شخص  على شكل فيديو او اوديو مع مجموعه في الخارج. الشخص المستضيف سيقوم بمشاركه فيديو معك و المشاركه مع اللجنه ومع مجموعه اخرى حتى يتمكنوا من الاتصال بالمجاميع و اقامه الاتصال السابق ذكره  معهم. و اضافه لذلك فسوف يتم تحديث قائمه بالفعاليات المفتوحه حتى يتم التاكد من الاتصال.

يتم التاكد من ان الفورمات مملوءه في الصفحه الخاصه بالنشاطات

الفريق الموسع يقوم بادامه  وبناء الصفحه التي تسمح بتلخيص النسخه المفصله من مقترحات الفعاليات في بغداد والخارج وذلك سوف يسمح بايجاد مقترحات متشابه للتواصل من خلال الانترنت في بغداد مما يسمح بايجاد مقترحات مشابه من التواصل عبر الانترنت لغرض الاتصال بالاطراف.

2/ You decide that your activity is “open”  to tele participation by video conferencing , it means that you will prepare “host persons” able to host in their computer a video or audio conference with a specific group abroad  - The host person may propose the tele participant group to make a short intervention in your activity through Skype videoconference... The ISF extension support team will help you get in contact in advance with some groups willing to tele participate, so you can establish previous communication  with them. It will update the list of “open” activities until it is confirmed and finalized

 

(to be added when  first 10 filled forms are  reflected in the build up page The isf extension team is maintaining an extended program build up page which allow to see summarized  and more detailed version of extended activity proposals both on abroad side and on Baghdad side , allowing to find matching proposals  of inter-communication through internet and propose contacts with counterparts

كما ونود فتح الفعاليات من خلال الاتصال عبر الفيديو حيث سيكون المشاركين كمشاركين اخرين وحيث انه لن تظهر صورهم في الاتثال وليش هناك ضمان ان سيعطوا الخيار بالاتصال مع المشاركين في بغداد      We’d like to open our activity  through “hosting persons” holding private videocoference  where participants will be considered as other  participant in our activity ( their image will not be displayed in the room in Baghdad, and there is no guarantee that they will be given the floor more than other participants in baghdad )
