Folliwing up on our talk june 27th and yesterday here is some 5 points
about extension before the ISF committee meeting of today

1 ISF COMMITEE PERSON IN CHARGE OF EXTENSION TEAM-  the ISF person in
charge of extension team  that would be appointed as soon as posible  can
as of now start collecing inside ISF first circle of organizations ,  first
intention of iraqui organizations to etiher open their activity  in baghdad
to tele particiaption,  or to propose tele encounter actifity on certain
topics to certain organizations in certain countries


2 -COLLECTING FIRST INTENTIONS FROM BAGHDAD an extension program  build up
page - is available  here  to receive the intentions collected in point 1 -
the abstract activity numbers and organisation number will be repaced with
real names and real organisation and will look more concrete

point 5  will be able to select counterpart for tele encounters and find
the actiiteis open to tele participation


3 BUILD UP SESSION DAYS IN JULY - i should be able to make myself
available for extension team build up session in one week day  next week

let us say  wednesday 10th july   and wednesday 17th july  from 14h to 17h
baghdad time

please confirm if those dates are ok and if you are flexible to change them
short notice  to one day earlier or one day after
