Hello Judith

my concern is not to promote ISF extension

it is just that is is a bit  bizarre to make a statement which is made by a
"committee of  ISF" and does not give any access to ISF : plain paper

So as this is circulated widely , this will be the first  mention of "ISF
in september" for many readers, which may raise their curiosity,

And yes, if they are curious, they may google  "iraq social forum" .....   .
