في الوقت الذي يتعرض فيه وطننا العراق، الى هجمة ظلامية للكارهين للحياة، مهددين وحدة اراضينا، زارعين الشقاق بين اطياف الشعب العراقي المختلفة، ضاربين بعرض الحائط سلامة ابناء هذا الشعب، مستخفين بأرواحهم الغالية، دافعين اياهم الى مغادرة اعمالهم، منازلهم ومدنهم، مهددين السلم الاهلي. وسط انشغال النخبة الحاكمة بصراعاتهم السياسية، واصرارهم على اللهاث وراء مصالحهم، ساعين الى احتلال المناصب، متناسين خطورة المرحلة التي نمر بها، غاضين البصر عن شراسة الهجمة البربرية التي تطيح بإخوتنا من المدنيين في المناطق الساخنة. ووسط الصمت الدولي عما يعانيه النازحون في العراق، والماكنة الاعلامية المحلية والدولية التي لم تتعامل مع الازمة بالحرفية والموضوعية والحيادية. وامام خطورة المرحلة، نتوجه بهذا النداء الى الزميلات والزملاء من ناشطين وفاعلين في حركة المجتمع المدني العراقي، والى كافة منظمات المجتمع المدني العراقي، والى جميع اصدقائنا الناشطين المدنيين في انحاء العالم، الى ان ننهض معا في تحمل مسؤولياتنا كدعاة للإنسانية يعلمون اليقين ان النفس البشرية هي اسمى قيمة في الكون، منطلقين من ايماننا العميق ان الحياة، الامان، السكن والرعاية الصحية هي من اهم حقوق كل انسان. كما ننطلق من اعتقادنا الراسخ بان حلحلة الازمة لن تكون فقط باللجوء الى الحلول العسكرية، بل ان الحلول السياسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية يجب ان تترافق مع العمليات العسكرية، بحيث يضمن جميع العراقيين حقوقهم، وبذلك يتحقق السلام الرصين الذي يصعب خرقه.

ندعوكم جميعا الى تنظيم انشطة مدنية متنوعة، كل في مكانه، وبالإمكانيات المتاحة، تدعو الى التعايش السلمي وتقبل الاخر ، وان يكون الاخر مختلفا فهذا لا يعني ابدا انه عدو. فقد كان هذا ديدن العراقيين دوما، مختلفين لكن متعايشين، وليس كما يحاول تصويره اعداء العراق ودعاة تقسيمه بزرع الشقاق بين الاطياف المختلفة للشعب العراقي..

لكل من يريد ان يضم صوته الى اصواتنا، نقترح الانشطة ادناه:

1.      وقفات تضامنية: تعبر عن تضامن اطياف الشعب العراقي مع بعضه، وتصحح الصورة المشوهة عن اهالي المناطق المنكوبة، من كونهم مرحبين بالقوى الظلامية بسبب تصرفات فردية لا يجوز تعميمها على ابناء تلك المناطق.

2.      لقاءات ندوات او محاضرات مع المسؤولين والشخصيات المؤثرة في المجتمع، من اجل التباحث في سبل الحفاظ على وحدة الشعب العراقي والوقوف بوجه الدعاة الى التقسيم، وما هي الاجراءات الواجب اتخاذها من اجل تقديم كل ما يمكن تقديمه لإغاثة النازحين، وتنظيم عملية استقبالهم وسد احتياجاتهم.

3.      اطلاق حملة اعلامية عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، تروج لقصص التنوع الثقافي في العراق وسبل احترامه، وكيفية تحقيق التعايش السلمي. كذلك قصص تعبر عن وحدة الصف العراقي.

4.      التواصل مع الاخوة النازحين في اماكن تجمعهم، والاعتماد عليهم في استسقاء الاخبار من مصادرها الصحيحة دون الاعتماد على وسائل الاعلام المغرضة، وكذلك لتقديم الدعم المعنوي، وبحسب المتاح والمتوفر.

5.      نطالب المنظمات الدولية بنشر هذه الدعوة وتنظيم انشطة في بلدانهم متناغمة مع هذه الدعوة ومع الانشطة التي ستنظم داخل العراق

At a time when our country, Iraq, is subjected to a dark attack against the haters of life, threatening the unity of our lands, sowing discord among the various spectrums of the Iraqi people, disregarding the safety of their people, disregarding their precious lives, pushing them to leave their jobs, their homes and their cities, threatening civil peace. . Amid the preoccupation of the ruling elite with their political struggles, and their insistence on chasing after their interests, seeking to occupy positions, forgetting the gravity of the stage we are going through, turning a blind eye to the ferocious barbaric attack that topples our fellow civilians in the hot areas. Amid international silence about the suffering of the displaced in Iraq, and the local and international media machine that did not deal with the crisis professionalism, objectivity and impartiality. 

In the face of the gravity of this stage, we appeal to colleagues and colleagues of activists and actors in the Iraqi civil society movement, and to all Iraqi civil society organizations, and to all our active civil friends around the world, until we rise together in our responsibilities as advocates of humanity knowing that the human soul is certain The highest value in the universe, based on our deep belief that life, safety, housing and health care are the most important rights of every human being. We also believe that resolving the crisis will not only be through military solutions, but that political, social and economic solutions will have to be accompanied by military operations, so that all Iraqis will guarantee their rights, thus achieving a sober peace that is difficult to break.

We invite you all to organize a variety of civic activities Do you have what is on your mind?

For anyone who wants to join us, we suggest activities:

1. Solidarity Stances: An expression of the solidarity of the Iraqi people with each other, and the correction of the observation in the affected areas, from being welcomed by obscurantist forces because of individual actions may not be circulated to the people of those areas.

2. Meetings of seminars or lectures with officials and influential figures in the community, in order to discuss ways to preserve the unity of the Iraqi people and stand against the advocates of partition, and what measures should be taken in order to provide all that can be provided for the relief of the displaced, and organize the process of receiving them and meet their needs.

3. Launch a media campaign through social media, promoting the stories of cultural diversity in Iraq and ways to respect it, and how to achieve peaceful coexistence. As well as stories reflect the unity of the Iraqi class.

4. Communicate with the displaced brothers in their places of gathering, and rely on them in the ascites of the news from the correct sources without relying on media tendentious, as well as to provide moral support, as available and available.

5. We call on international organizations to publish this call and organize activities in their countries consistent with this call and with the activities that will be organized inside Iraq.
