0.3 Organizers (*) Working Group formed by members of the International Campaign for a Global Curriculum of Solidarity Economy and supporters
0.4 GOAL / Strengthen connections/ convergences between young social activists, movements and organizations in Africa and South America that are developing sustainable practices as alternatives to the dominant way to produce economy, education and culture, to empower children, youths, women and grass roots organizations towards the realization of the 2030 Agenda.
0.5 OBJECTIVES
0.6 1-Create an atmosphere of mutual trust and joy of being together, knowing that “I am what I am for what we all are” (UBUNTU).
0.7 2-With the support of Facilitators-Speakers discuss in groups and suggest cooperative actions : “What is ours to do” to strengthen partnerships towards peace, sports for peace, cooperative solidarity economy, sustainability, rescue of ancestral knowledge, focusing youth participation ?
0.8 3-Identify youth movements (starting from Africa) , creating links between them and a convergence with other movements
0.9 4-Create in a cooperative way a Charter from Kibera including young people recommendations for the World Social Forum on Transformative Economies -2020.
1 Day ONE - Setting clear intentions; learning with Kibera
1.1 9:00 AM Morning : First, participants will have clear WHAT IS OUR PURPOSE , GOAL and EXPECTED RESULTS . They will be received by Ben Ooko and the Team of Facilitators/Speakers and the Congress Organizers (1h) ;
1.2 10:00 AM Second, participants will discover, in a cooperative way, -WHO WE ARE ? WHAT DO WE EXPECT TO ACCOMPLISH IN THIS CONGRESS. (1h)
1.3 11:00 AM ;Third the group will map OUR DREAMS FOR KIBERA AND THE WORLD , building a Tree of Dreams(50m) ,
1.4 12:00 AM Forth, participants will play a game that will allow them rapidly to identify WHAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO FOCUS ON ? (30m)
1.5 12:30 AM Fifth , Ben Ooko will present WHAT COMMUNITY PRACTICES WE ARE GOING TO VISIT IN KIBERA AND WHY? (20m)
1.6 2:00 PM Afternoon : 4 to 5 groups will depart from Rowallan Camp to the places in Kibera where the projects are located.
1.7 2:30 PM Each Group visit one of the Four projects in Kibera and see .

2.2 10:00 AM . Second , they will be informed on HOW CAN WE MAKE THE MOST OF OUR TEAM WORK IN THE THEMATIC GROUPS. (15m)
2.3 10:30 AM Second , they will meet in THEMATIC GROUPS SESSIONS - CULTURE OF PEACE AND SPORTS FOR PEACE ; 2-EDUCATION FOR SOLIDARITY COOPERATIVE ECONOMIES ; 3-EDUCATION FOR SUSTAINABILITY AND FOR WOMEN-GIRLS EMPOWERMENT; 4 – YOUTHS FOR A DEMOCRATIC TRANSFORMING GLOBAL EDUCATION ; 5 – TERRITORIES , SCHOOLS and ANCESTRAL KNOWLEDGE; (2h)
2.4 12:30 AM Third , in a plenary , they will sort out what they can do about the RESULTS OF THEMATIC GROUPS (50m)
2.5 1:30 PM Afternoon ; First, an OPEN SPACE TECHNOLOGY ADAPTATION will be presented; ( 1h )
2.6 2:30 PM Second, participants will perform GROUP WORK TO ACTION PLAN ON THEMES PROPOSED BY THE PARTICIPANTS .(2hs)
2.7 4:30 PM Third, there will be a PLENARY ON THE COOPERATIVE ACTION PLANS (1h) ;

3 DAY THREE: Building partnerships and alliances, a commitment for the future
3.1 9:00 AM Morning : First , participants will receive feedback on their Action Plans ( Poster Session) from Speakers- Facilitators and representants of invited organizations and networks in the field of Human Rights, Sports for Peace, Sustainability,
3.2 9:30 AM and they will state how they could support these Action Plans to strengthen partnerships and alliances for peace , sustainability and transforming economies, focusing the BUILDING of PARTNESHIPS AND ALLIANCES – (1h)
3.3 10:00 AM Second , an EVALUATION of THE CONGRESS Objectives , using with colorful dots, will be done by the participants -(30m)
3.4 10:30 AM Third , they will MAKE COMMITMENTS for the future :the Charter from Kibera collectively written during the 3 days will be read (1h)
3.5 11:30 AM and A Call for a convergence towards the 2019-2020 World Social Forum of Transforming Economies in Barcelona, Spain will be made. (30m)
3.6 12:00 AM At the end we will have the final words from Ben Ooko, Facilitators, Participants and a Collective singing .Participants are invited to join to the Network of Sports for Peace organization, and also RAESS, RIPESS and the Campaign for a Global Curriculum of Social Solidarity Economy boosted by RESS (1h)
3.7 2:00 PM Afternoon : Participants will join the Closing Ceremonies of the other events of the Amani Festival Vital Voices Kibera – The Final of Football Tournament and the of the Mr Miss Kibera Contest.
