Hello everyone on the nepal and wsf list

This is to mention the first activity announced in nepal in the dynamics 
of wsf 2016

It is to be hoped more organizations will now place activities in wsf 
exentesion dynamics, whether activities alreadt planned in the coming 
weeks and months, in which case the effort entailed is minimal, or 
activities specifically designed.
