Dear WSF comrades,

Good morning


I hope this email finds you well.

As we all know that World Social Forum (WSF) is going to be organized from
9 to 14 August in Montreal, Canada.   Tens of thousands of people from
groups in civil society, organizations and social movements are
participating from various countries including Nepal.  According to our
information, more than 100 comrades from Nepal have filled up the form to
participate in the program. However, still, we don’t have the compile name
of these comrades which has made us hard to support in the visa process.


As well all know that it is little bit hard to get the visa to entry into
Canada from Nepal. Considering the hardness, the meeting of Nepal Social
Forum (NSF) held on 7 June 2016 has decided to compile all the names
wishing to participate in the WSF 2016 from Nepal and register them in the
NSF's website. Further, the meeting has decided to provide the
recommendation letter to comrades from secretariat of NSF, SADED- Nepal.
The major objective of compiling names, registering them in the website and
providing recommendation letter is support to get the visa to entry into
Canada.


Therefore, I, as per the responsibility given by the NSF's Meeting, with
the view to compile the names, would like to request to those comrades, who
have filled the form to participate in the WSF 2016 from Nepal, to inform
me by email or calling ( Number below) as soon as possible.
