About Openfsm.net

Openfsm.net is a platform for individual and collective participation in WSF process  provided by the IC communication commission webteam working group

FSM Open Tool promotes the "open space" philosophy.

Whether your group is an organisation, a network, an ad hoc group preparing an activity for Belem FSM 2009 or, or promoting a proposal for social transformation,  whether you are a unorganized individual, Openfsm.net can help you work collectively.

Openfsm.net also helps your intercommunication with many other participants and groups in the FSM all working under the Charter of Principles of Social Forums (Link to Charter: http://dev.wsf2008.net/eng/node/72) .

OpenFSM
is accessible permanently , with accountability and at the minimal cost of an internet connection
is about making World  Social Forum a continuous process,

With collaborative wiki pages and other tools within “spaces”, you and your group can:

    *  Present your cause, goal initiative, raison d’etre  in the spacehome page
    *  Collaborate on writing documents with the wiki
    *  Publish news in the project blog
    * Create and use mailing lists for the core team or a for a wider participant circle
    *  Store and share files
    * Share to-do lists
    *  Upload photos
    * Contact people and other spaces
    * Each space has their own path (I.e: www.openfsm.net/SpaceName)
    *  and more…

Also By default its pages and contents are public and open to every person working for other possible worlds
; however each project hosted in the FSMOpen tool has the option to restrict its space only to its participants, or on the contrary to allow any OpenFSM participants to publish in its space.
