It is like a small independent website, next to many other ones

- (“mailing lists”) a discussion mailing list gathering all the team members
-other mailing lists can be created
-(“tasks”)a task tracker
the “summary” page shows the last inputs whether blog posts, post to mailing lists , edition of pages
The “contents” page shows all the type of contents created in the spacepages , mailing lists
Defining the short name of a space on creation
When you create a space, do not put accent in the name of the space
Also choose carefully the name of the url of your space ( the second box) because this one cannot be changed once created .
Choose a durable and generic, and short name, easy to remember for your discussion mailing list and short to allow the address of your pages not to be too long
Set up the preferences of a space
On creation you choose if the space will be open or on acceptation , or if you will have an invisible space
then clicking on preferences you can edit the name of the title ( but not change the url address) and define which will be the start page when people access your space- blog , summary , home page
Acceptingpeople that want to come in a space
As administrator you receive notification of people willing to get in , and can read their introductory message , however you cannot see their mail address, which is absurd (we hope this will be corrected soon),
clicking on the link in the notification message,
you get in the team management pageand can decide whether you accept or refuse their inclusion
Invite in a space people registered as users in openfsm
Go to “team” and input the user name of people you want to invite – You cannot customize the invitation and remind message
Invite in a space people not registered in openfsm
Go to “team” and input the mailadress of people you want to invite , you can customize an invitation message, and you can customize again the message when you want to remind them of the invitation if they do not answer

Next to your name there can be an orange figure, click on it , then click again on the orange“x messages “, this leads you to your profile where a series of message waits for you- you canclick on accept or denyto answer the invitation you have received

Make my texts legible in several languages
You can translate textswith the translators
For short texts, you can use a table to have simultaneously displayed short texts in several languages
For longer texts, you may prefer to have sequential presentation on a same pageusing the international code of languages [EN] for english[ ES] for spanish etc…at the beginning of each paragraph
Or you may prefer to have specific page by language : for instance(page-en))(page-es)) (page-fr))(page-pt)) linking them from another page
Edit tables and some colors in a page
Click on the table icon in the editor after setting the edit mode
In any table when you click in a cell , there is a little symbol
A circle with a cross- if you click you will delete the line or the column
A triangle- if you click you will add a line or a column
The icon a the right side with one red cell in the middle, allows you to select the colour of one cell at a time
Upload Images ! in my pages
Upload you images click on the icon
